I mixed new and old, milk glass and melamine, and a variety of textures to layer this tablescape. My son told me he gasped when he saw it because “it looked so pretty.” My heart is full. ❤️💕 ❤️

A favorite Valentine’s Day tablescape from a few years ago in which I used my traditional blue and white and combined it with pinks and reds and vintage finds. One of the easiest parts of this table setting is the tablecloth which is actually just a large piece of fabric that I purchased and then washed, dried, and placed directly on the table. It’s amazing how carpet can transform a space. My bedroom in The Villa now feels more like home. I still have a lot of work to do, but this custom cut carpet is the perfect addition.
