Selection of pita bread snacks.
This is so delicious, girls! 💖

POTATO CASSEROLE WITH MINCED MEAT.
No one will leave without a Supplement! 😉

Ingredients:
● 5-6 potatoes,
● 500 grams of meat,
● bulb
● 3 eggs,
● some cheese,
● fresh herbs.

Wash, peel and cook the potatoes until tender. Make a good puree by adding butter, a little milk and one raw egg to the potatoes. Cut the onion into smaller pieces and fry it. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry well, almost until ready. Put ½ of the mashed potatoes in a baking dish and flatten.

Put the minced meat on the mashed potatoes. On top of the minced meat, the second part of the mashed potatoes.
Beat 2 eggs (you can add a little cream) and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Beef Stroganoff is a great idea for a family dinner! 😇

Ingredients:
For 4-6 servings

1 beef Pulp 500 grams
2 Mushrooms 200 grams

5 Mustard (paste) 1 tablespoon
6 Flour 1 tablespoon
7 Water 200 grams
8 Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
9 Salt / spices to taste

STEPS:

1) cut the Beef into small bars.

2) cut the Onion into half rings.

3) Mushrooms – thin plates. It is better to wipe the mushrooms with a moistened cloth or treat them with a knife. But it is not necessary to wash them unnecessarily – they quickly absorb water, which will then have to be evaporated in a pan for a long time.

4) fry the Onion until Golden.

5) Add the mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates with the lid open.

The simplest pie I've ever made.
Try it!

For the dough:
- kefir-1 Cup
- 2-eggs
- flour- !1! 2 cups,
- vegetable oil-3 tablespoons,
- salt-0.5 tsp.

For the filling:
- 1 can of canned mackerel and
- a bunch of green onions.

Preparation:
1. Knead the dough (like sour cream), pour half of the dough into the pan , put on top of the mashed mackerel from canned food, with green onions and fill the top with the rest of the dough.
2. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
3. when the crust is rough, grease the drain. butter or sour cream.
