Fat 50 and Fed up

Can anyone give me some advise. Please. I’m going thru menopause ... Ye, it’s not great! Sleepless nights, sweats, anxiety and the horrific dry mouth BUT.... I have had this under the skin tiny spots on my face now for ages loads of them . Tried everything. Or I think I have. Besides having my skin completely sanded down to raw, which is my next step trust me, I am out of ideas... anyone going through menopause experienced the same and what helped please 🙏🏻

Morning ladies how we all doing? The weather is hotting up, the under b***s are starting to sweat and the constant itching in over drive.... anyone got any tips on how to keep cool?

IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR NO.1

I have a towel warmer in the bathroom. A yellow towel folded neatly over it.

Every time my husband goes into the bathroom and washes his hands after leaving the most horrendous smell that instantly infuriates me(never opens the window. EVER!)not is it bad enuf that I’m trying to reason with myself that menopause will not get me off a sentence and I can’t kill him and get away with it, think of the your kids JULIE, he does not fold said towel and place neatly into the rail. Nooooooooooooo he dumps it in a big pile on top of said rail. Just dumps it. I’ve now started putting the wet towel under the quilt in his side of the bed...... I’m even angry writing this. Where’s my patch I need my patch my not killing patch .....

Are we getting ready for the summer cool down position ladies??? Fan accurately placed and we’re off !!!!

I want to get a group of us women together to speak openly how it genuinely feels on this really hard days and nights about menopause as it seems like the unspoken word! Fat and getting fatter, skin like a cheese grater and those unbearable flushes, not forgetting about the itchy ni***es, not having a clue what to wear and that one long whisker that sticks out of the corner of your lip that you only see when it’s got stuck in your teeth!!! Let’s talk about this. Let’s help each other. Get a glass of wine, gin, what ever you need and let’s get stuck in and scream together!!!
