Woman 50+ advised to perform abdominal ultrasound after echocardiography. The cardiologist suspected a liver cyst. The examination did not reveal any connections with the liver parenchyma, but I see that the changes are located in the lung cavity. I advise patient to perform a CT scan with contrast. The final diagnosis - tuberculosis. In this case, we will see a tuberculous cavity in the right lung parenchyma.
