STANDING UP FOR THE CAUSE OF SPORTS AND DIVERSITY | WHY IT MATTERS
Founder of shares his thoughts on why it matters to stand up for what is right for the sport and players. Awareness about the international best practices and sports law need to be developed so that the sports bodies cannot continue to misuse their dominant position.
Globally sports is a great unifier. Diversity, inclusiveness and empowerment all have got everything to gain from sports.
As Pakistan’s first ever women sports league battles to find its voice amidst close to-dysfunctional-sports-bodies, politics, mud slinging and bad blood, I explain why it is important to stand up for the cause of sports and diversity, why it is crucial to stand up for what is right despite the odds staked against you, and in the end why it is necessary to walk the talk.
The barriers of monopoly, misuse of power, patriarchy ought to be broken. It is about time!
He also shares his thoughts about the source of inspiration behind the sports leagues in the face of infighting, instability and ineffectiveness of sports bodies of the country, and what is a workable solution for ground breaking events like the Women Premier League.

Strawberry Sports Management and Youth General Assembly (YGA) announced their historic MoU that is aimed at bringing meaningful change for the youth of Pakistan through sports and associated public policy making.

اسٹرابیری سپورٹس مینجمنٹ کو اپنے پارٹنرز فیصل آباد چیمبر آف کامرس اینڈ انڈسٹری (FCCI) اور ڈویژنل کبڈی ایسوسی ایشن، فیصل آباد (DKAF) کے ساتھ مل کر "روایتی کبڈی لیگ" کے نام سے پاکستان کی پہلی بین الاقوامی سرکل طرز کی کبڈی لیگ کے آغاز کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے خوشی ہو رہی ہے۔ لیگ کا افتتاحی سیزن 2022 کے دوران فیصل آباد میں ہوگا۔
اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے، اسٹرابیری سپورٹس مینجمنٹ کے بانی حیدر علی داؤد خان نے کہا کہ "پاکستان کی پہلی بین الاقوامی سرکل اسٹائل کبڈی لیگ شروع کرنے کا یہ ایک اہم موقع ہے جو دنیا بھر میں پاکستانیوں اور کبڈی سے محبت کرنے والوں کے دلوں پر راج کرتی ہے۔ روایتی کبڈی لیگ کا پیمانہ غیر معمولی ہوگا کیونکہ اسے پوری دنیا میں ڈیجیٹل اور ٹی وی دونوں پر براہ راست دیکھا جائے گا۔ لیگ میں قومی اور بین الاقوامی برانڈز شرکت کریں گے۔

Pakistan’s First Ever International Circle Style Kabaddi League 🇵🇰 Launched by Strawberry Sports Management

Strawberry Sports Management is pleased to announce the launch of Pakistan’s first ever international circle style Kabaddi league by the name of “Traditional Kabaddi League” together with its partners Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) and Divisional Kabaddi Association, Faisalabad (DKAF). The inaugural season of the League will be held during 2022 in Faisalabad.
Speaking at the occasion, Haider Ali Daud Khan, Founder of Strawberry Sports Management, said that “it is a momentous occasion to launch Pakistan’s first international circle style Kabaddi league which rules the hearts of Pakistanis and Kabaddi lovers the world over. The scale of the Traditional Kabaddi League will be phenomenal as it will be watched live across the globe at both digital and TV. National and international brands will participate in the League”.
FCCI President Atif Munir shared his sentiments that “we are honored and excited to be partners of the landmark Traditional Kabaddi League. Faislabad is the epicentre of Kabaddi, and we would like to congratulate Strawberry Sports Management and DKAF to present this befitting tribute to Faisalabad through this international League. WOMEN FOOTBALL LEAGUE TALENT HUNT OPPORTUNITY IN ISLAMABAD
Women Premier League is Pakistan’s first evert women sports league of national and international proportions.

Our Story
We are Pakistan’s first professionally run Sports Management Company. We are driven by the passion to make Pakistan a sporting nation, be it through the elevation of otherwise neglected but immensely popular sports or be it through enthusing human soul to enjoy and play sports, you will find us at the forefront of everything sports.
Owners of five (05) international sports leagues, we are already impacting lives of over five hundred top most athletes of elite sports. These extraordinary individuals are shaping multi-sport landscape through initiatives and events designed and executed in collaboration with Strawberry Sports Management.
Sport is transformational and we strive towards realizing its strength. We are opening up the imagination of people around sports by taking small steps at the grass-root.
