February 4, 2023 | The Local Government Unit of Lake Sebu headed by Municipal Mayor Hon. Floro S. Gandam through the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar under the supervision of MCR García K. Alam, LPT, MPA conducted "Community Visitation" as part of the 33rd Civil Registration Month Celebration at Sitio Telehek, Barangay Lamdalag in this municipality.
The constituents are in need of further information on the issues concerning civil status of every Filipino people and to raise awareness on the importance of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics specifically the uses of Live Birth Certificates, Marriage, and Death Certificate and other legal instruments.
As a result of visitations, 11 undocumented couples were gladly joining the Kasalan ng Bayan on February 14, 2023.

Kahit na nakakuha na ng printed ePhilID ang isang registered person, makukuha pa rin nya kanyang physical PhilID card. Ito ay ide-deliver sa address na ibinigay noong Step 2 registration.
Magtungo sa https://appt.philsys.gov.ph upang i-check kung maaari nang makuha ang iyong printed ePhilID.

Para sa karagdagang impormasyon tungkol sa CRS Appointment System, maaaring tumawag sa sumusunod na mga numero ng telepono:

Para makakuha ng
CRS Online Appointment Slip, sundin lamang ang mga sumusunod:
1. Pumunta sa appointment.psa.gov.ph.
2. I-click ang Civil Registration Service (CRS) Appointment System.
3. Basahin at sumang-ayon sa Privacy Notice.
4. Basahin ang mga "Important Reminders" at i-click ang "Next".
5. Piliin ang Region, City, at CRS Outlet kung saan nais magpa-appointment.
6. Punan ang mga hinihinging impormasyon, sumang-ayon sa "Disclaimer" at i-click ang "Next".
7. Ilagay ang 6-digit OTP verification code na matatanggap mula sa ginamit na email address at i-click ang "Verify".
8. Punan ang mga impormasyon patungkol sa ire-request na civil registry document. I-click ang "Next".
9. Piliin ang araw at oras ng appointment.
10. I-confirm ang Appointment Details at i-print o i-save ang CRS Appointment Slip mula sa browser o sa matatanggap sa email address.
