Process matters. If there’s anything I’ve learned in the last decade of my life is that, who you become in the process is the most important thing. Let’s be real, scrolling on social media these days is rough. All we see is perfection and end results. And I’m calling myself out for posting that stuff as well, never claiming to be perfect.

At the end of the day, focus on your process. Are you working on your passions daily? Are you getting slightly better each day in a focus area of your life? Did you say no to a bad habit that you would have easily given into the day or month before?
