If you are ready for a professional partnership encouraging, empowering & equipping you through your next steps to success, then coaching is your answer.
Together, we will clarify, overcome & strategize in achieving your goals.
Busyness does not equal productivity.
Successful people are not busy. They don’t work harder than everyone else. They don’t have more solutions than someone else.
Successful people work hard but know when to stop and rest. Successful people work smarter, not harder. Successful people get around others who are more interesting and successful than they are. Successful people do not quit when their emotions are overwhelmed.
Successful people recognize the value of:
🫶🏼genuine conversations
🫶🏼being intentional in what they do
🫶🏼creating boundaries and respecting them
🫶🏼having fun and resting not just when it’s needed
If we could understand these things more, then maybe we could truly achieve the lifestyle we often think about, the dreams we ponder on, the goals we draw out, the places we desire to go.
What needs to change?
Our decisions and life choices are dependent on two things:
1. Our belief system
2. Our motivation
What are you believing for and how motivated are you?
Don’t expect to meet your future spouse if you don’t believe they exist and you have no motivation to shape yourself for that person.
You won’t be getting out of debt if your belief system says it’s too hard and you have no steps put in place to get you there.
So what needs to change? How will you transform your mind🧠
🤘🏽Some seasons, this might be you. But you’re not alone. The minute you start thinking you’re the only one, is the same moment that you lose your momentum to keep pressing in.
There’s a hustle story behind every victory, trophy and smile. It’s easy to think that the highlights come easy to some and others not so much, but it simply isn’t true.
If you work for it, eventually you will have it. So whatever is holding you back:
1. Remember it’s only temporary.
2. Strength is knowing where we have room for growth. If you’re shaking, that means change which means strength is growing.
3. Bring someone alongside you. You can’t do it alone, and you shouldn’t have to!
But just remember to smile through it…better to have dimples than frown lines 😎
Thank you. Today we reflect, remember and share our gratitude for the men and women who gave everything. Thank you for your bravery and sacrifices.
“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
John 15:13 NLT
🍍Sometimes I have to remind myself, that where I am right now is a really amazing place to be. Just appreciating who I am, as I am, where I am, when I am.
🍍There are no famous quotes that are inspiring by telling us to live our lives constantly seeking to be and do like someone else.
Does that make sense?
🍍BE and DO according to what God has threaded so naturally within you. For example-you want to be content with the lifestyle you have but you’re so focused on what you don’t have that you miss out on just enjoying what’s right in front of you.
🍍There’s a difference in having vision for something you want to shift in life or add vs wishing your life was someone else’s all together.
🍍Change happens first in the mind. Then eventually comes into fruition.
🚨Five things you need to see your goals manifest into success:
1. Clear vision for where you want to go.
2. The right support around you to keep pushing you towards that finish line.
3. Boundaries for expectations of both others and yourself.
4. Weekly steps that you can check off to know you’re on the right path.
5. Check your thoughts and beliefs to see if they align with your success.
Doing these things on a regular basis is what gets us from where we are to where we want to be! It’s like Friday Night Lights-CLEAR EYES, FULL HEARTS, CANT LOSE🔥
Did I mention I also teach Pilates, and manage a studio?
I’ve said it before BUT there are different personality types. One in particular which is called “rainbow” personality and it best describes a person who likes to pursue multiple things in life.
If you find yourself in this category-have you discovered a healthy balance between them or do you find you’re all over the place and can barely keep up?
Tip and wisdom to take down:
Goals and calendars are your best friends. Make intentional goals that are realistic for you and create a calendar plan that serves your vision. Then decide what is most important and what can be put off.
Pursuing multiple things in your career isn’t a bad thing-you just need to know where to draw the lines and create healthy boundaries🤘🏽
And we’re back!
Took a little break there for a bit but now we’re gunz a blazin!
Something that stuck out this past month, significantly among the rest, was the amount of people who have been struggling with turning down the heat.
I don’t mean temperature wise-I mean the speed we go at in life. We become so busy to the point we burn out, cry out and all together fall out.
Word of advice-take some down time for yourself each week and do something fun with people you love. It doesn’t have to be extravagant. It can even be just a nice drink out or a walk with a friend.
In order for us to give our best, we need to be fueling our best. A car running on empty eventually ruins its engine and eventually turns off all together.
Where do you need rest?
Soft smiles for April 1st! 😊
A fresh month ahead for us! What are you hoping to walk away with in the next 30 days?
Remember that dreams and visions break down into daily goals. Set yourself up with SMART goals:
🍍Specific
🍍Measurable
🍍Achievable
🍍Realistic
🍍Time Limit

CONFIDENCE: does not mean we have all of the answers or walk on water unharmed.
Instead its root meaning goes back to having full trust. Full trust in what? This is where we see so much of a gap in our society and world today…people don’t know what to put their trust in and therefore-a lack of confidence in themselves, their careers, families, future, present and the unknown.
To have full trust in something doesn’t exclude you from acknowledging fear, insecurity and questions. Trust is about faith in something even at the risk of an un-ideal outcome.
So where are you putting your trust? Who is making decisions for you? Where do you find your security and identity?
What you need to know to start off your week:
Your work is a manifested piece of your inner working. God has not made a mistake in allowing you to be where you are, as you are.
He has a purpose for your life. And it is great!
Tag someone who needs to be reminded of how great they are!
SMILE-IT’S FRIDAY🥳
Remember that those who are truly successful in life, are also the ones resting at some point in the week.
Some things to help you push past the temptation to stay busy:
1. Business does not equal productivity
2. Rest is not a weakness. It’s a necessity
3. Doing things you love will improve your livelihood longer
4. Stop. Put it down…it will still be there when you get back
Allow this weekend to serve yourself so you can bring your best when Monday comes🤙🏽
Don’t forget that you are more than capable of seeing your ideas, goals and dreams manifested.
The greatest accomplishments come with grit and determination.
Hold fast to faith and remember that confidence is unlocked with you’re faced with adversity. Otherwise there would be no need for it and there would be no success stories.
Imagine what our present day would look like if every time something didn’t work, we gave up.
We wouldn’t have electricity, planes, medicine, education, music, and the list goes on.
Anything worth following, investing in or admiring took time to bring together.
As Billy Ocean said, ‘when the going gets tough, the tough get going’.
What can you do to try again?
Faith is unseen hope in things that are not yet manifested. But just because it isn’t yet, doesn’t mean it will never happen.
This photo reminds me of several things:
1. It took faith to believe that God would orchestrate a marriage that seemed forever away and a visa that would never arrive.
2. When you put your faith in God and not just in yourself, He returns your hopes and desires in multitude.
3. I am on the other side of many battles in prayer, countless conversations about a dream to come, a whispered desire answered in getting to marry someone who would inspire me to live life in a big and full way while drawing closer to God.
You might find yourself trying to figure out how to see your dreams manifest. While I believe coaching is a huge tool to this, I know that God is the biggest key factor. When you give your dreams to God, He turns them into something greater than you ever thought possible ❤️
ITS FRIDAY YALL! It’s time to dance 🥳
Here’s a thought-if you are feeling like 2022 hasn’t started or gone as you hoped for/planned, take off those shoes and dance it out. It may sound ridiculous but sometimes dancing is the best medicine for a reset button💃🏻
And then remember that you still have 11.5 months in front of you to work with 👏🏽 You’re going to be ok!
Reminders from the free-happy self: don’t take yourself too seriously. Every moment and step counts for something.
Someone wise once said, “If you want to get good at anything, you have to start by being bad at everything…”
If you only wait until you’re an expert to do something, you likely will never do it.
Half the battle in becoming great is remembering that your humble beginnings are the most important to your foundation.
You can’t quit just because you don’t know the answers. You shouldn’t give up just because you’re not the greatest. And you shouldn’t discount yourself just because you had a back week, month or year.
Eventually those failure moments turn into your greatest lessons that sharpen your gift and you end up with something remarkable.
KEEP GOING💪🏽
Instead of New Years resolutions, I’d like to offer you some simple tips to make lasting change!
1. Set goals for yourself that are realistic and achievable. If you want to pay off debt, start with setting a budget for yourself that has spending money in it. Or try putting aside a small sum each time you get paid instead of all at once. Weekly goals eventually lead to a successful year 💪🏽
2. Get some accountability. You can’t do life alone and you shouldn’t have to. Sharing your goals and dreams is important for those times when you feel like you can’t keep going. That accountability keeps you focused and reminds you of what’s important.
3. Gratitude helps you remember that everything is an opportunity and to appreciate the small things. Sometimes it’s the day to day things that are the greatest gifts!
4. Looks for ways you can challenge yourself. If anything it keeps you from becoming stagnant and encourages growth. It also shows you areas of strength and weakness that shape who we are! Consider starting small-try reading a book a month or volunteering an hour of your time each week to something that doesn’t benefit you.
I hope you have enjoyed just a few small tips to get you started off going into 2022!
MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄
Thankful for all God has provided this year and getting to celebrate the day Jesus came into the world 🥳
Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas full of joy and love ❤️
Change is ok. In fact change is necessary for growth to happen.
But often we don’t like change. Why?
Change is an intruder to the home of comfort. Change makes things different. Change unveils what has settled in comfort. Change is growing pains. Change is unfamiliar.
Change is both the reason for breakups and the initiator for new relationships. Change is the discomfort in our eating habits and the award winner for feeling healthier. Change is the unfamiliar person in the mirror when you are growing a baby and the smile that looks up at you on the other side.
Change doesn’t always have to be bad. It’s all about perspective. How can our perspective invite change?
I mean…need I say more?
Today, take a moment to reflect on the fact that no one can do what you do, how you do.
God created you. So you have purpose. You have been given a design. And when Gods light works through you-that design can be seen by everyone around you. You’re like stained glass, timeless art that is beautiful no matter where or what season.
Confidence is beautiful and bold. And when you’re operating in it, not only do the people appreciate you for it, but so will your younger and future self 🤘🏽
Your confidence is always there…just let it work the mic and tell fear to get lost.
Throw back to Christmas 2019🎄In this photo, I was a part of a team that made up Extended Network.
During this season, I discovered a lot of keys that pointed to my mission.
What do I mean by this?
I tapped into causes/issues I was most passionate about. I honed in what I wanted my life to stand for and what special gifting and talents I felt I had to offer. I found what was unique to me.
Yet, I am still crafting my mission. It’s important that each year we reflect to prepare for the year ahead. So here’s 3 questions I’ve made up for you to help you discover and refine your mission:
1. If you could offer 3 insights of life to those that come to you, what would it be?
2. What do you complain about the most or what breaks your heart and causes you to act?
3. What makes life worth living? Why do you get up every morning?
Once you’ve answered these questions, ask yourself what you’re going to do about it. What’s next?
Many people ask me what is coaching or how to describe it: here's a fun quiz to take whether you are really considering coaching or just curious as to where your steps are right now.
Welcome! To share a bit about myself when it comes to coaching, I love people! I thrive on seeing people succeed in life. I’ve found myself since childhood naturally being a sounding board and offering thoughts in the process. However, oddly enough I struggled for a long time to understand my shape and what I wanted to do. I had so many ideas yet no idea where to go next. Then one day as I was sat across a friend strategizing next steps with them for their personal goals, they asked me why I wasn’t a Life Coach.
So here I am, a certified Life Coach, truly living my best life one successful leader at a time. I’m a success and leadership Coach pushing influencers to make their greater impact. Im here to support, guide and challenge you past the hurdles confronting you day to day.
No matter if you are seeking balance in life, building confidence where you are, or facing uncertainty pursuing your dreams, I want you to win! It’s time to change the game. The question is, are you ready to succeed?
You have the power to choose.
