There's not many fitness classes that everyone leaves with a great big smile on there face and ready for a night out 🤣🤣 one of our new girls said at the end of class 'i could get dressed up and go out now' 💃💃💃 and I totally agree. No feeling like it. Amazing class on Monday, some lovely newbies joined as well.

My very first turnd up class I didn't have a clue what I was doing but I knew I couldn't wait to go back. Here I am 5 years later running and still going to other instructors classes whenever I get the chance. Totally obsessed.

Took it easy in class this morning as I knew I had to take class tonight. Not bad for a Wednesday morning. Over 300 calories burnt. Will try and remember to set my watch tonight and compare the difference 🥰❤️
