CROWDFUNDING IN NIGERIA
Did you know that since 2016, Crowdyvest has raised over $2 million, most of which came through crowdfunding? Amazing, right?!
Crowdyvest is a platform that connects sponsors to different sponsorship opportunities (Farmcrowdy being one of them). It is an impact-driven platform focussed on connecting members to multiple sponsorship opportunities that are safe, secure, and trusted.
Farmcrowdy, founded in 2016, is a leading digital agriculture platform focused on connecting farm sponsors with farmers.
They have raised a total of $2.4 million in seed funding including a grant of $325,000 from GSMA Ecosystem Accelerator. Investors include the American Conglomerate, COX Enterprises (with 70,000 employees and $20 billion USD in annual revenue), the international accelerator Techstars, Social Impact, and a few others.
