YUMMY!! This mornings episode of “Cooking with Craig Let’s get baked” we did a cheesy potato pink oyster bacon quiche! The recipe will be below! 7 different cheeses and a freshly harvested cluster of pink oysters from Iron Mountain Mushrooms allowed this quiche to really explode your taste buds! This dish definitely turned out to be one of my favorite quiches I’ve ever tasted! If you want to add a pie crust just add the pie crust to the recipe. I did two different dishes because I like my food HOT!! I was going to add cheese for a topping but wasn’t around when it came out of the oven 😆 As always thanks for drooling!!
