Lucky enough to have early morning low tides while we were in St Helens this summer! This meant the most gorgeous beach walks before too many people are around ❤️

Up early to get our steps in! 3km Walk from St Helens to Bembridge so worth getting your trainers on! Just beautiful skies and that beach could be the Caribbean 🌴🌴🌴🌞🌞🌞

What a difference a day makes! Drizzled for most of the day; lunch at the beautiful Botanical Gardens in Ventnor, then a quick walk to St Catherine’s Lighthouse & then Ryde Bus Museum! Took myself off for a quiet walk to the beach at 7pm; so calm & clear after the rain 🫶🏻

It’s so good to be back in St Helens! Just here for the week & lucky with this blue sky already! Sunday Run ✅ now I’m thinking about a roast dinner!
