I rarely static stretch before my workouts. Warm up yes, but static stretching no. I save those for when I'm done. Sometimes I do use the foam roller before and after my workouts if a certain part of my body is particularly sore and tight.

I'm tired. I'm having chronic lower back pain and a groin that's been sore since the middle of summer and I have no idea how I hurt it. Therefore I'm going light and easy on my squats today.

Not really happy with my body right now. I'm too skinny. Dealing with depression and other issues are draining me. I took a month long hiatus from the gym but been back two weeks. That seems to be the only thing consistent in my life right now.

It's never ok to body shame anyone. Just like it's hurtful to a bigger person to be ridiculed because of their weight it's equally hurtful to smaller people to be ridiculed because they're not perceived to be big enough. Saying " you need to eat more" calling people ( particularly men) tiny isn't cool. It really bothers me when people call me skinny because I don't think I'm skinny. I work hard not to be skinny. I can show you what skinny is. I'm naturally skinny, although I've always had decent arms, shoulders, and calves, and was strong, I was a little guy for a long time. I will never be a big chunky beefcake nor do I want to be. I'm just trying to be the best version of myself in what my genetics will alow me to be. I'm not c**k diesel but I bet you can't whoop me!
