Psalms and Him
Educating and Empowering healing one person at a time.
This is an event that does not happen often. As Men of Color, mental health goes ignored, misunderstood, or frowned upon as weak. Let's take some time to address our needs.
We cannot lead if we are misleading ourselves!!!!
Truly proved to be an inspirational day. Thank you for invitation. Thank you so much Ashley Glass, Black Women Cultivating Change is truly helping in the change of two mental health is viewed.
Grateful to be one of the panelists sharing their stories about what God can do that no man can. Please take some time out of your day to attend this amazing event. I truly believe you will leave differently from when you came.
It's not about what you are getting. It's what are you willing to give for HIS glory?!
Hello friends (),
As I enter the ethics portion of my doctorate studies, I am hoping to engage with novice (current students) and experienced professionals in this area. Specifically, I am interested in discussing business ethics, as it pertains to an organization's decision making and risks assessment strategies, as well as incorporating Bioethics and nonprofit management.
If you have experience in these fields and are interested in sharing your insights, please feel free to comment or message me directly. I am eager to learn and grateful for any guidance or partnership you can offer.
Thank you for your time.

"Aristotle...tells us, [people] do not get a clear view on things and so confuse the appearance with the reality. And the key way we can overcome such inexperience is by training ourselves to see the counterfeit against the real."

I am prayful for so many that are discouraged today about their work situations. Saints, say to yourself,
"I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well" (NASB95, 1917,1995, Ps. 139:13).
Know the difference between a helping hand and a hindering hand.

"Christian self-examination is done before God and with reference to Christ. It is God-centered and, therefore, involves a sort of prayerful self-awareness. “Only by being before God can one totally come to oneself in the transparency of soberness” (Kierkegaard, 1875/1990, p. 106). And Christians ought not to examine themselves apart from Christ and his work of redemption; this is really what makes Christian self-examination possible (see more on this below)."

2 Cor. 13:5
"...self-awareness, transparency and self-examination are interrelated. In order to engage in self-examination, on@e must already be a certain kind of person—one who has some degree of self-awareness known as transparency, and the greater the transparency, the more willing one will be to engage in self-examination."

The first obstacle on the path to what God has for you is not outside of you, it is in you!
"Moses was certain God was making a mistake by choosing him to lead the Israelites. His five excuses indicated a lack of confidence in his ability to get the job done. He had: a crisis of identity (“Who am I?” v. 11); a crisis of authority (“what is His name?” v. 13); a crisis of faith (“they will not believe me,” 4:1); a crisis of ability (“I am not eloquent,” v. 10); and a crisis of obedience (“send … whomever else,” v. 13)."
