When you save or invest money, label it like savings for emergency funds, dream house, car, project, retirement etc.so you wont be tempted to spend it because there's a purpose for it.

Iniisip natin na things could be better if marami tayong pera. Totoo naman. It will be better, for a while. Magagaya nga lang tayo sa mga nanalo sa lotto, naging milyonaryo just for a while.

If we can be trusted with little, pwede na tayong pagkatiwalaan ng malaking pera. Focus on discipline first para di ka lang happy just for a while👌

Don't buy things you don't need just because it's on sale..and don't buy the latest gadget and the branded clothings if its out of your budget or you get the money from your emergency fund..Remember its only for emergency use.

Income-savings= Expenses..Its not income - expenses= savings..Prioritize savings more than anything else..Save atleast 10-20 percent of your income for emergency funds.- Rule of thumb atleast 6 months of monthly expenses save on emergency fund.But now with Pandemic they say 1-2 yrs.of monthly expense save on emergency fund due to negative economic effect- loss of job, sickness etc.
