By purchasing from me you agree to the terms and conditions as given. We stock a huge range of sweets from many different manufacturers and is packed in a domestic setting. This means we cannot guarantee that our products are free of nuts or nut traces. Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Personalised items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault with any of your items, please contact m

e within 14 days so that I can come up with a resolution. Please ensure at time of ordering that all spellings are correct on personalised orders. Orders will be made as the names/words are spelt at time of order. Errors made by the customer will not be refunded and deemed fault of the customer not myself. Changes to orders for example change of colour or writing font will not be accepted once the order has been made. You may however add another item to the order provided it has not been despatched. Delivery
All orders, (unless specified within their listing) have a lead time of 14 days to complete from date of the order being confirmed, plus delivery after this. Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection or has been despatched. Payment
Orders are to be paid for via bank transfer or PayPal at time of the order being accepted unless agreed and confirmed otherwise. Liability
If the products you receive are not what you ordered, defective or the incorrect quantity, please contact us and will then correct your order. For example:
Make good any shortage or non-delivery
Supply and deliver substitute goods
Replace any defective goods
Refund or do a partial refund at our own discretion
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused through postage such as climatic conditions affecting the product. Prices on each product if stated is for the product and does not include postage and package, if you would like to know this, please contact me directly, prices are subject to change at any time, if prices do change when you order this will not affect your order and only effect future orders

Items are quality checked personally by me for any faults before packing and despatch. I am not a machine, so if you feel I have missed something, or your order has been damaged during delivery please get in touch. We try our best to provide ingredients information on all of our sweets however on some occasions we may not include this information. If you require ingredients on any specific items, then please send a request to us. Please note that ingredients provided are those from manufacturers’ packaging and lists, and cannot be held responsible for their content. candy queen reserves the right to use alternative manufacturers for all sweets on offer and therefore cannot guarantee that the ingredients listed will match exactly those sent previously. candy queen only sources the highest quality sweets to provide you with the best tasting treats.

Hate to have to do this as I’m very understanding with people if they want to change or cancel orders and I just do not have the time to be chasing payments for delivery’s so

PAYMENT IS NOW REQUIRED UPFRONT either in full or deposit!

by PayPal or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed with myself!

I have had people ask me to save things for them or order things in for them and then not paying/ordering said item so I will require either payment in full or a deposit for larger orders!
