Make sure when you’re getting your roof done to replace plywood with these tech shield plywood it will help cool your attic. And for added bonuses add more ventilation in your attic for your roof and for added bonuses use radiant barrier foil or boards and the difference can be at least 30-60 degrees cooler in your attic. It’s worth the extra cost if you’re planning on staying there 5+ years.
I’m a contractor myself, but man I hate contractors that are dirty. This sub contractor left this place like this after a roof demo. I let him go halfway due to certain things like this and aswell as as his lack of work ethic, and lack of responsibility... had to put my gloves on for this one and it took me two days to leave it clean. This is the business though.. you run into good and bad contractors and you run into good and bad business partners , keeping my head up on this flip.
