IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR TEE DECEMBER - 2023
1. Entry to the Examination Hall is strictly on the basis of the valid Hall Ticket and University Identity Card. Examinees must be in possession of a valid Identity Card issued by IGNOU during the examination. If for some reason, the examinee does not have his/her valid identity card, they may show any valid Photo Identity card issued by any Government Institution for entry in the examination hall.

2. Mobile Phones or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall.

3. Please note that apart from the main answer sheet, no supplementary answer sheet will be provided. Therefore, candidates should write in each line and not leave blank pages.

4. Entry into the examination hall shall be closed after 15 minutes of the distribution of the question paper. However, the Centre Superintendent may condone the delay up to 30 minutes on account of a bonafide reason

5. Please sign on the attendance sheet during the examination in the prescribed column in front of your name and enrollment number. In case a candidate has not signed or signed anywhere other than in the prescribed column, he/she will be treated as absent.

6. No student will be allowed to leave the examination hall or take away the question paper before the expiry of one hour of commencement of the examination

7. No Examinee is allowed to take away the Answer Sheet out of Exam Centre and if found, the case will be registered with the Police & U.F.M.

8. Medium of Examination:
The examinees are required to write answers to the questions in the languages in which the Programme is offered. However, the examinees have an option to attempt the Examination of the courses in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same is in English medium.
Answers written in any other regional language in which the Programme is not offered, will not be evaluated and the examination in such course will be canceled without any intimation to the examinees. In such cases, the examinees will be required to reappear in the subsequent examination.

9. USE OF CALCULATOR:

(i) Calculators are allowed for use in the examination, unless otherwise not permitted through instructions in the Questions paper.
(ii) All types of calculators are allowed in the examination only for the course MCSE-004
10. Option from CBT Mode to Pen & Paper Mode (for online program)

The Students of the Online Programme has been allotted to appear in the Examination as per the option exercised by them during the filling of Examination Form i.e. CBT Mode or Pen & Paper Mode. However candidates need to submit an undertaking regarding the same.
The Change from Pen & Paper Mode to CBT Mode is absolutely not allowed due to limited number of infrastructure and computer facilities in the Examination Centres.

11. Stray Candidates
An outside examinee or candidate will be allowed as a stray candidate only having proper approval or Hall Ticket issued from SED and Regional Centre only. An examinee or candidate as stray will not be allowed in the examination without proper approval or Hall Ticket issued from SED of Regional Centre.
NOTE: Students are asked to strictly follow the guidelines given in the Hall Ticket
