2024 Camp Dates! We are now accepting applications!!!

The rain is still coming down and the roads all the way from Paris to camp are open and passable. We’ll see you at 11:00 to pick up your camper.

That was a pretty big storm. We took all the students to the basement and sheltered in place. The camp had a few trees lose limbs but no damage to speak of. God is good!!! Thank you for all the text messages and calls.

CBA Cedarcrest Youth Camp 2023 is now in the books! This year we were challenged to see how God is Pursuing us and how we in turn should be pursuing God. In the last 5 days we have witnessed 6 students profess their faith in Christ and one young man answer God’s call to ministry! We serve a risen Savior who pursues each and every one of us.
Join with us praying for these students and all the other students who made decisions, also lift up the campers coming this next week for Children’s Camp. God is so good!

Hello! We are excited to be able to have camp this year! Please take time to look this over if you are sending students to camp.

We will be completing a health screening of each camper and staff upon their arrival to camp. This will include a temperature check and questionnaire, along with medical assessment as needed. By screening for illness, we are creating the healthiest environment possible so our campers can have the best time of their summer! Below is the questionnaire we will be asking. Please be monitoring your child over the next week upon arrival to camp.

- Have you had a fever greater than 100.4 or felt feverish in the past three days?
- Have you taken any medications for a fever in the past three days?
- - Have you had a loss of taste or smell?
Have you had …
Fatigue?
Recent Cough?Diarrhea?
Vomiting/Nausea?
Sore Throat
- Have you been around somebody who has tested positive or is awaiting results of COVID?

Protect yourself and others by:
- Washing your hands often
- Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
- Putting distance between yourself and others outside your home as camp approaches
- Don’t come to camp if you are ill

We will stagger arrival times as we anticipate check-in taking longer with the additional steps involved. I am contacting churches this afternoon, with their arrival time. If you are bringing your student or child and not riding with church, please let me know so I can give you an arrival time. I highly recommend before entering your vehicle or church van to ask campers the above questionnaire and take temperatures. The last thing I would want to do is send a van full of kids home because someone on the van had a fever. So this extra step is highly recommended.

Youth Camp Registration: Friday, July 24th 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Pickup: 2:15pm
Children’s Camp Registration Start: Monday July 27th 9:00am - 9:45am
Pickup: 7:30pm
Registration will take place right as you enter. We will not have families entering the cabins – staff members will be available to assist campers in making their beds and with any other needs they have. We will be sending out communication in the days prior to camp on any updates to arrival times and schedules.

Children’s Camp
Please send children in clothes and shoes (closed toe) that can get wet. We will play some water games ex. Water Balloon toss
