Thanks to each and everyone of you who has supported Cheesecakes, Etc. throughout this year!

We are closed this week for Thanksgiving. However, if you are looking for a dessert to add to your Thanksgiving table, I am posting a recipe for an easy Pumpkin Pie Swirled Cheesecake. This delicious recipe combines creamy vanilla cheesecake with a Thanksgiving staple - pumpkin pie. No need to be intimidated, this recipe is very beginner-friendly! The use of ready-to-use graham cracker crusts not only saves time, but also means you don't have to fiddle with springform pans and water baths. We recommend baking the cheesecake a day ahead and allowing it to chill overnight. This method allows the cheesecake to fully set and gives the flavor time to fully develop. Serve plain or top with whipped cream, toasted pecans...and maybe even a caramel drizzle. Yum!

This recipe makes two cheesecakes. Feel free to halve the recipe, if needed, or gift the second cheesecake to someone who may be spending this socially-distanced holiday alone.

It's only Monday, but we have to to this custom Salted Caramel S'mores Cheesecake!

Rich chocolate cheesecake topped with a decadent dark chocolate ganache drip, toasted marshmallows, miniature s'mores and fresh whipped cream. It was finished with a caramel drizzle and a sprinkle of sea salt, per customer request. Lots of detailed work, but so much fun to create!

Buttery-soft sweet bread loaded with a sticky cinnamon filling and a gooey center. Each roll is approx. 4.5-5" diameter and the equivalent of 3 standard-sized rolls.
