Fields of Faith is a peer-to-peer movement where students and community members from across the county gather on one school's athletic field to share stories of faith and challenge each other to apply prayer and the Bible as their “game plan for life".
The Spartans freshmen volleyball team took a tough loss to North Paulding last night. Jayla Williamson came on strong with three blocks against a powerful Wolfpack team but the Spartans fell short in 3 sets. 🏐
The Varsity team opens region play tonight at home against Carrollton followed by a non-region game against North Paulding. Games for both varsity and JV begin at 5:30!
The Lady Spartan JV softball team was up 9-7 in game one of a planned double header last night against North Paulding. The game was called due to lightning and rain. Allison Moore was in command on the mound. Leading hitters were doubles by Mia Leatherwood, Haley Goldsmith, and Laney Whitfield. Madison Cochran hit her first high school home run as well! Great game ladies! ⚾️
Our Cross Country teams competed on Saturday at McIntosh Reserve, with ALL runners improving their times from the previous week. Our top runners for the Varsity boys were Kason Dinning and Reed Williams and for the Varsity girls Michelle Cates and Chloe VanDyke. For the JV boys, Kole Medley and Caleb Knox each had impressive runs in their first high school meet.
The next meet will be this Saturday, September 4th at the Paulding County Invitational at Mulberry Rock Park. Come out and support your Spartan runners!
Busy week in Spartan Nation! Come on out and support our student athletes! 🏈📣⚾️🏐🏃🏽♂️
Congratulations to our #11 Katelyn Munoz on her commitment to Gordon State College yesterday.
