I am trying my best to reply to everyone. Sobrang bigat po sa loob, hindi ko kayo maharap. Hiyang hiya po ako sainyo 😔

I'm trying to compose my words but I'll just be honest.

1. I have been in contact with Nintendo via chat and call multiple times, I call them via 8x8 app. May ibang support na very symphatetic and want to help pero I always end up with the supervisor, Nathan. Sya ang pinakamataas. I begged and cried. Nathan is just heartless. He is a robot. Paulit ulit sinasabi nya sa akin that "Unfortunately we can not help you", "Your suspension is permanent", "I cannot give any further details". I also asked if may group restrictions sa most recent members, but he "cannot give any further details". It is just hopeless at this point 😔 Sorry.

2. Regarding Refunds: Gustuhin ko man po magrefund, IN ALL HONESTY, WE JUST WON'T BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT. Kahit considering selective partial refunds, it is just not possible, I'M SORRY. Hindi ko rin po alam yung extent ng suspensions anymore, hindi ko na po macheck kasi baka madagdagan lang yung suspended groups lalo. Sobrang liit lang din po ng patong namin. We did not get any refunds from Nintendo as well. Itong November 2023 onwards, we have been tanking the new restriction changes. Wala po kami halos kinikita. Isang slot lang ang ma-block, wala na po. More than 1 slot, luging lugi na. Alam po yan ng ibang NSO providers or ibang nag open ng sariling group membership. Hindi rin po pwedeng bumili sa ibang region using card dahil ma-bblock ang card/account/switch after couple uses. You can only buy continuously via Paypal-US. Mula 2020, same na po yung price namin. Regardless of inflation, dollar rates and so many changes in the background kay Nintendo like itong November change, we kept the prices as low as we could. WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR UTMOST UNDERSTANDING 😔

3. If you get the restriction message from joining another group, please note na hindi ito ban or suspension of your account. This is just TEMPORARY. These are the changes from Nov 1, 2023 in relation to family groups that we are mentioning a lot. This is what me and other sellers are trying to figure out since November. 4. I have checked some of the active accounts last Monday, pero some of them got banned afterwards. 😔 I reformatted my switch, logged out all accounts. I can not check and I will not check the groups anymore if banned kasi baka active pa at baka magkaproblema lang po. Marami ding active pa na groups. Do at your own risk but I would recommend to just stay in the group if active pa.

5. I won't be providing subscription anymore. Sa lahat ng for renewal, pwede po kayo mag-avail sa ibang NSO providers. I don't know what to do with the page.

Regarding the new group restricitons, I will share all I know from the last 3 months.
This is all the help I can provide :( I am truly sorry

1. This does not mean your account is banned/suspended

2. Itong "group restrictions" na ito yung bagong changes last Nov 1, 2023. The goal probably was to minimize changes sa group members (maybe because of abuses like papalit palit ng member, 1 month subs ganyan)

3. This can mean that either your account OR the group you are trying to join has a TEMPORARY SLOT restriction. No way to clearly tell which.

4. There are different levels to this. Pwedeng yung account or group is tied with 1 slot restriction, 2 slots, 6 slots or fully restricted from joining (temporarily). Kaya yung iba pwede padin makajoin, although ma-b-block yung slot or slots ng group na sasalihan.

5. So far, based on very small sample, if fully restricted from joining ang account OR sa group, 3 months from last group invite bago ma-clear ang account OR group (NOT SURE)

6. If you are fully restricted at hindi makajoin, other options are:
- If bago pa lang yung account at wala pang saves, mas okay gawa na lang ng ibang account at yun ang i-join sa group subscription
- Wait for 3 months and try to join a group subscription again
- You can buy your own solo/group membership, merong 1 month and 3 months solo
- Contact support (at your own risk). Chat is open 10PM PH time (refresh refresh lang yung page). Pwede niyo ireport yung nangyari sa state ng family groups. Sana ma-ishare din ng iba if matulungan sila

7. If yung NSO seller ay nagbebenta ng 1 month subs even though 1 year ang ibang existing members, I think the moment he invites 1 person sa group, that will update the current state for all members as well. Pwedeng magkaroon ng 1 slot restriction / full restriction from joining another group yung ibang members (NOT SURE). Kaya hindi na nagbebenta yung ibang NSO providers ng 1 month.

8. Dahil dito sa new changes na to, maraming galing sa scammers or galing sa 1 month sub yung nagkakaproblema sa pag join.

9. Dahil din dito, marami kaming na-iinvite na may restriction which would block some slots sa group. Sobrang dami naming group since November 1 na hindi napuno, minsan more than 3 pa yung slots na hindi mapuno. Hindi lang sa walang kita, negative na negative pa. Worst case, merong nagjojoin na 6 slots restriction, hindi na makapag invite sa group ng additional members. As a member, you have the ability to block group slots nung admin, and walang way yung admin to detect that.

10. Child account: If you invite another account to set as guardian of your child account, then leave that group para makajoin sa ibang group, you will bring with you 2 restricted slots (total of 3 slots). Meaning if you join a group with 5 members, you will be able to, pero hindi na mapupuno ni admin yung rest ng group. Marami kaming ganitong cases kaya recently hindi na namin inallow kapag may child account since lugi.

11. You can leave and rejoin your SAME group any number of times. I think it will also refresh yung last invite date ng group at ng members (NOT SURE).

12. During my calls with Nintendo, I also begged na if may group restrictions sa recent members, kung sana pwede ma-lift. Unfortunately, all I can get is that they "cannot provide any further details".

Since November 1, ito pa lang lahat ng na-figure out namin about sa new group restrictions.
Again, this is not a ban/suspension but a temporary restriction. It is just a way for Nintendo siguro to limit abuse of family group memberships targeted sa scammers at yung nag-aabuse ng 1 month slots.

5th year of doing this :( Again, WE ARE TRULY SORRY.
Gusto namin mag deactivate but we'll try to be transparent.

1. HINDI SUSPENDED accounts ninyo

2. Can you refund what I paid?
- I want to but it's just not possible :( :( :( Nintendo did not refund anything. Sobraaangg liit lang po ng patong namin. Alam nyo po yang prices namin. Minsan negative pa yan sa isang group since yung new strict group rules last November. Dinadaan lang namin sa dami ng customers. You are buying 299/749 vs 365/850 sa ibang pages, 1.1k+/2.8k+ kapag solo. If you try to compute yung patong namin per slot, sobrang liit :( :( NSO Standard US is $35, NSO+ is $80. I know it is unfair especially sa mga January pa lang nagpurchase. Refund is just not feasible :(

3. Maaayos pa po ba ang mga groups?
- Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible :(

4. Who are affected?
- Initially, Jan 1-12, 2024 groups lang. May pailan ilang December and previous months. I don't want to open my groups anymore :( Baka kasi active pa na nagsususpend si Nintendo.

5. How can I check if I am affected?
- Open NSO app or Eshop > NSO, status should be "Family membership" or "No membership"
- You can also check sa site, under subscriptions

6. Will you be providing subscriptions?
- Not anymore :(

7. Why are you suspended?
- Nintendo won't tell, bukod sa facts na binigay ko, sobrang pag-iingat ko sa mga groups ko kasi alam ko I deal with a lot of people.

8. Can I be suspended?
- At this point, to be honest, natatakot ako. Based from the past years, hindi naman nagbaban si Nintendo ng co-member. Yung ilang accounts ko lang ang suspended. Wala na akong tiwala kay Nintendo so I cannot claim anything out of my control. :(

9. Did you buy from Argentina? Do you have a jailbroken switch? Nagrefund ka ba ng purchases? Do you sell primary/secondary accounts?
- NEVER from Argentina. Never sacrificed group safety
- Yes, to be honest meron akong JB switch from 2020, but I never connected it sa net, wala ding accounts (users lang) and nabenta na sya back then because I don't have time to play anymore
- I never did refunds sa bank ng purchases kasi ito yung mga unang known causes for account bans
- For primary/secondary, alam ng iba, I actively advertise against it kapag may nagtatanong saakin. Eto naman, maraming proven console ban before

10. Affected ba ang ibang NSO sellers?
- So far saakin lang yung issue. I AM HOPING TALAGA SAAKIN LANG

11. I am trying to join another group, I am getting: "You cannot join this family group. Your ability....."
- Eto yung new rules/restrictions last November. Ganito ka-vague si Nintendo, possible itong sa member OR sa group ang issue, just no way to tell :( May iba ibang levels din itong restriction, pwedeng nakakajoin but may restriction, pwedeng hindi makajoin kahit saan. If worst case na hindi makajoin, I think 3 months from last invite, saka lang sya ma-clear (NOT SURE) since no way to tell or figure out.

12. Active pa yung group and membership ko, am I affected?
- Fortunately for you, your group is not affected and hopefully won't be affected in the future

13. Do I need to leave the group if active pa?
- I see no reason to

14. Are there other ways to subscribe?
- If you are not comfortable joining other NSO sellers, pwede po kayong mag avail ng solo in the meantime, or form your own group subscription

15. Have you contacted Nintendo?
- Over the years, yes, they give vague answers with no further details and "unfortunately cannot help you". Last 2021, may isa akong eshop credits purchased na $10 instead of supposedly $50. I reported it and guess what, yung switch ko yung na-ban, console ban. I don't recommend talking to them ever.

16. What do you suspect is the cause?
- From all the facts gathered and investigations done, the only thing I did differently was that I resubscribed my personal account which was for renewal ng January. Eto yung last account na nasuspend (I don't know if that is a coincidence). I also contacted Nintendo once in a while, asking about new restrictions nung November. Bukod dito, I have been doing the same thing ever since.

Issue happened this morning, January 22, 2024, 12am+.
This is our 5th year of doing this. We started for our personal accounts lang but then nakita namin how a lot of people were interested. From the last 4 years, 2 days lang ako nagbreak. Give me a date, I'll tell you who is subscribed on that date. Kahit nagdidrive ako, nag-ggrocery, nasa family dinner, Christmas party, nasa labor room!, I reply. :( :( :( :( :( :( I even give away info even before subscribing, like if walang access sa eshop/NSO due to region. Okay lang sa akin if you won't buy afterwards. Nag-papagive away din ako kasi ang sarap ng feeling magbigay.

Over the years, madaming changes na nangyari. Dati you can use Paypal for other regions regularly, inalis nila yan. Last November is the worst change kasi pwedeng may ma-invite ka na may restrictions, ma-bblock yung slot mo = meaning possible negative yung groups. PERO WE KEPT OUR PRICES :( :( Sobrang tagal na namin gusto mag taas ng prices, pero gusto ko yung feeling na okay lang mas mura, daanin na lang sa dami, mas madami magbebenefit.

Our January 1-12 NSO accounts are suspended.

I am speaking on behalf of me and my wife.
To all our dear subscribers, I am sorry this happened. I AM DEVASTATED, HEARTBROKEN.😔

Short version:
- This is our 5th year providing NSO
- Our family group accounts (around 50 groups) from January 1-January 12 were SUSPENDED.
- Your accounts are SAFE.
- Members under suspended groups were removed from the group, and with it, yung subscription nawala din.
- WE WON'T BE SELLING ANY SUBSCRIPTION ANYMORE
- WE HOPE SAAMIN LANG ITO and hindi affected ibang NSO providers

Long version:
It happened. I dread this day would come. I HATE NINTENDO.
I did not do anything illegal. I record all my groups properly. Alagang alaga.

Trying to figure out the cause, here are the facts:
- Only Jan 1-12 so far ang may issue (HOPEFULLY talaga wala nang iba). I can't log in my accounts and my members were removed.
- I use gmails for all my accounts
- I have been purchasing membership the same way ever since (Paypal/CC/EshopCredits) (NEVER ARGENTINA, recent lang yung LatinPay thing so out of the picture)
- I renew/reuse my groups
- Kausap namin si customer support magdamag, WE WERE ASKING AND BEGGING. Naviolate ko raw ang "User Agreement" but NO further details.
- I asked if possible i-lift ang suspensions for the sake of the group members: NO.
- I asked if pwede i-refund yung mga purchased NSO/NSO+: NO.
- Nintendo Support has always been like this, vague and unhelpful.
- If you are not aware, may bagong rules/restrictions si Nintendo last Nov. Lahat ng NSO providers payment first na. Strict na sa pag join ng groups. I contact Nintendo about once a week or pag may group restriction. Always the same, doesn't provide help/details.
- Sobrang ingat namin sa groups, we record everything, kaya na-reremind namin for renewal ganyan

WHAT I SUSPECT:
- Yung last suspended account is my personal account. Itong account ko yung kauna-unahan kong sinubscribe (January 2020). Personal account ko ito, overcooked lang ang digital game nito, puro physical games kami. I don't even use it anymore, no time to play. The rest ng accounts are created for subscription only. Yung iba 4th/5th year renewed.

Based sa violation na "User Agreement", na wala raw further mabibigay na details si support, at itong personal account ko, siguro na-tag as 'sold account'? Hindi ko alam.
Problem is, ang sinuspend ni Nintendo, mula rito sa account na to, pabalik hanggang January 1 accounts na ginamit ko sa switch.

As much as we want to refund in full, hindi namin kaya, hindi nirefund ni Nintendo yung NSO/NSO+. Sobrang baba lang ng patong namin dito sa subs, for 4 years, P299. We started doing this for the community back then. Inflation/dollar rates and SO MANY CHANGES in the background, especially itong last November, yet we still keep our prices.

For context:
NSO Standard: $35 USD
NSO+Expansion: $80 USD
7 members ng standard @299 = 2093
7 members ng expansion @749 = 5243

For the affected members, please know that we're still looking for a solution. As much as we want, it's not possible to refund the full amount, sobrang liit lang po ng patong namin. We also understand na it's not fair if yung patong lang irefund specially January lang.

Please give us time to figure this out.
Also, any advice would be appreciated.😔
