Hi everyone! Candice here!🤗💕

It has been a minute since I’ve introduced myself on the page! I’m usually behind the scenes as it’s just me over here running this baby!

👉🏻 From choreography, teaching, videography, lighting, photoshoots & editing; to social media, graphic design, customer service, show production, stage managing, admin…..you get it! 😅 Every piece of this business truly comes straight from my heart.❤️

I’ve learned so much from my years of not fitting into the “dancer stereotype” - so trust me when I say ALL BODIES! 💕 Many businesses advertise this, but to be honest, few truly understand what it’s like to move or dance in a larger/different body and the fears, concerns and sometimes, unfortunately, the shame that comes with joining a dance class when your body has changed or is “different”.

I spent the majority of my life being afraid to sign up for new classes, even though I knew I was capable - but I feared the unknown, or the possibility of being judged because I didn’t always fit the dancer stereotype and to be honest, I still get nervous at the thought of trying a new class!! BUT that’s why my goal with Valley Girls Is to make sure that if YOU set your fears aside and make the step to send that message to sign up, that you come in to an environment & community that puts your nerves at ease and help you see yourself in a way you maybe never have, or haven’t in a long time!

My focus Is to create dances that are accessible for bodies of all sizes & mobility ranges, while still giving you the training & challenges to provide growth! I break things down and explain things in ways that help you feel safe, so you can let your guard down and work your way to unleashing your inner Valley Girl!
