Even though the flowers are still sleeping, my shop is working hard to grow! I’m so excited that I was awarded a scholarship to the Floret Online Workshop, I’m learning so much and figuring out what I want my business to look like as I grow up. This year I’m planning to grow at least 50% of the flowers I sell in my own garden, and keep supplementing with my favorite local flower farms.

The herb for this month is Orris Root, which is obviously not a flower...yet. But it grows beautiful irises!

Meet your local flower farmer! This is my brother Grey. Grey plants, cares for, and cuts the flowers from the garden that come to your doorstep 🤍 he’s working hard this morning to prep for this weekend’s delivery!

and I’m hoping the freezing nights will just go ahead and quit. Today I planted yarrow, chamomile, lavender, and some other favorites, in my garden to deliver to you this summer! The flowers for my May bouquet deliveries have already started to bloom and I’m so excited to be able to bring you flowers that I cut from my own garden again!

As a cultivator, I’ve promised to grow and give flowers away to spread joy and love and KINDNESS. This is one of my favorite Easter traditions, I love delivering bouquets to friends and neighbors on Easter Day. I hope your Easter was filled with love.

Some of my bouquets froze in my flower fridge before delivery this morning, but we were able to get those bouquets replaced and to your doorstep today! AND we ordered a new flower fridge that will be here next week 🌸

I forgot to take a picture before deliveries this month because I was distracted by this custom bouquet delivery I did! Last month I had more custom orders than ever, and it was SO FUN!!! This one went to a birthday girl in a boutique downtown 😍

We ended up choosing two of the people who were submitted to give free bouquets to this month. We were so humbled and emotional about the stories that were shared with us, and we’re so excited to do this every month. We’re working on a more organized way to submit names, but right now just keep sending names and stories by DM. Every person who has been submitted will stay on our list until they receive a bouquet! 🤍

We knew we wanted to choose a purple flower this month because purple is the ribbon color for Turner Syndrome awareness. Limonium has quickly become a favorite, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
