So just in simpler terms for anyone out there who struggles to cover maybe 4 or 5 days in the gym or even work out for that matter😅
Been able to do supersets can have its pro’s and cons, one pro being able to cover more in a certain amount of time you have given to your daily routine and a con maybe exerting more energy 😴 but don’t let that stop you just have more rest periods in between exercises recharge the battery especially when you have days when you can’t make the gym for what ever reason 🔋
As the old saying goes WORK SMART 😉 ……. But when it comes to the GYM always try WORK HARDER 😅💪🏼
