This dear patient came with multiple missing posterior teeth and he suffers from diabetes type 1 , with his mediacal and dental background we went to the almost risk free management, avoiding orthodontic teeth movement due to abnormal bone remodeling and avoiding dental implants as he wanted to avoid any failure possibility
We tried to adjust the dental midline abit , boost the labial support for the lips by turning the upper arch to U-shape rather than V-shape which help us to make minimal teeth prep and reduce the buccal corridor to an optimal range
One year follow up shows perfect and healthy smile . And most important HAPPY PATIENT 🙂🙂🙂

Patient had enamel hypoplasia with microdontia associated with deep bite and reduced VD . Raising the VD on a semi adjustable articulator, after 1 month with temporary crown and bridges for posterior final zirconia crowns were made with extra care for details and perfection to give this young lady a natural beautiful smile for life😎😎😎

Its always my pleasure to change old faulty restorations 😬😬😬. In this case dental midline was corrected to match the facial midline , smile arc was corrected from concave to convex downward and restoration of the missing tooth with dental implant ❤️

This dear patient had huge bony exostosis on the buccal mucosa which lift the lip up and cause an inverted curve of the lip , after removal and waiting for healing we didnt need to make crown lengthening we only changed the old poor esthetic PFM bridge to a this beautiful zirconia crowns and bridges 🙃😊
