Bed bugs are small insects that live on furniture or bedding. Their bites can cause skin irritation but rarely cause any other health problems - Whilst your skin will usually clear up within a week, there are a few things that you can do to relieve the irritation.
1. Place something cool on the affected area to help with the itching and any swelling.
2. Keep the affected area clean.
3. Don’t scratch the bites to avoid getting an infection.
The signs and symptoms associated with having a stroke can vary from person to person but will usually begin suddenly. If somebody around you displays any of the following signs you need to act FAST.
• Face – the face may have dropped on 1 side, the person may not be able to smile, or their mouth or eye may have drooped.
• Arms – the person may not be able to lift both arms and keep them there because of weakness or numbness in 1 arm.
• Speech – their speech may be slurred or garbled, or the person may not be able to talk at all despite appearing to be awake; they may also have problems understanding what you're saying to them.
• Time – it's time to dial 999 immediately if you notice any of these signs or symptoms.

• In the UK the sun is at its strongest from March to October between 11am - 3pm, during these hours you should break up your sun exposure by sitting in the shade.
