We just got finished with this linen closet remodel. Removed the wire rack, we used birch wood for shelve, and a custom pine wood molding to trim out shelves. For the wood stain we used Mission Oak Gloss and painted the inside of the closet Latitude Gray.

Hello Everyone! We are set to experience very low temperatures this week. 🥶

It’s always a good idea to winter proof your house. In the picture above we insulated the pipes leading to the tankless water heater.

This is also the water shut off in the garage. Some houses have the shut off in the garage or in front of the house near the read.

WHEN TEMPERATURES GET THIS LOW….
-Shut water off when leaving for vacation or an extended period of time.

-Insulate pipes going to tankless water heater or tank water heater

- Drip hot and cold water in different areas in your house. This way the water is moving. When water is still, it’s easy to freeze over.

-Place a cover over your outside faucet. (In the image above)

-Have your HVAC unit or units inspected to ensure they’re working properly before weather events
