Haitian migrant Cory Alvarez was charged with ra**ng a 15-year-old disabled girl in Rockland, Massachusetts, at a Comfort Inn turned migrant shelter and was released on $500 cash bail earlier this month. This is another tragic example of the Biden-Harris open borders and sanctuary policies hurting the most vulnerable.

The Biden-Harris illegal parole program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans allowed Mr. Alvarez to enter the U.S. in June 2023. Homeland Security pre-clearance allows 360,000 undocumented aliens per year to fly directly into the US, obtain parole, and live freely. Once paroled, these aliens can roam throughout the US without direct supervision and are treated like green card holders under current law, resulting in tragedies like the one seen here.
