— Good evening to each and everyone, today is the day that we'll witness the winners of our recently conducted Writing Contest with the theme of “Golden Memories”. We only accepted 10 participants that are raring to take on the challenge but only 8 participants managed to submit their entries, I commend them for their commitment and passion when it comes to writing.

— Before we start the announcements we would like to acknowledge and thank the judges for their time, effort, presence and for the main reason— accepting our invitation to judge. We would not make it today if it wasn't for them, I'd like to introduce our judges, namely: Niké Victorivich Shostokov, Sxaieyzoukie Trenaoius Sauvettre and last but not the least Ethedred Cadmus Margrave Sauvettre.

Hello WriCon Pariticpants, humiling po ang aming mga kaguruan ng dagdag pasensya mula sa inyong mahabang pag-aantay, madami po kasi ang mga mahuhusay at napaka galing na mga manunulat sa Pinas na sumali at mga nagsipasa, ayon po sa kanila, humihingi sila ng maliit na pasensya at malaking pag-unawa, nais po nilang i-move ang finalization sa Friday ng February 4, madami-dami po kasi ang kanilang mga babasahin pa at alagang bibigyan ng feedback (talaga pong binibigyan nila ng maayos na feedback at grading ang bawat entry )

bilang hiling na din maari po kayong mag-iwan ng comment kung kayo ay mayroong katanungan, ganun paman, alagaana din po natin anag ating mga sarili upang di magkasakit.

ABOUT:
December 25: Tragic vs Fortunate/happy endings + On the spot topics from our panellist.
December 26: Forte vs Forte + On the spot topics from our panellist.
December 27: Traditional Publishing vs. Self Publishing + On the spot topics from our panellist. + Bonus Round

-Each member will be given a chance to choose their side but it cannot be the same.
-Instead of group debate, we'll be having individual debates. 2 participants would be facing each other in a debate.
-In any medium, as long as you can prove your point.

THE GREEN LIGHT/RED LIGHT RULE OF OUR GROUP DEBATE.

-When the panellist said ‘Green Light’, you can start fighting/proving your side as best as you can.
-When the panellist said ‘Red Light’, you need to stop proving your point and let the other member prove his/her side.

-Each member will be given an equal time to prove their sides/point. (5 min. alternate).

-Both team needs to create an INTRODUCTION, REBBUTALS AND OUTRO.

INTRO (Introduction of the topic/side)
REBUTTAL (One of them makes an argument and the other follows with a rebuttal. Opinion, sources and defense.)
OUTRO (Distinct closing section of proving your topic/side. Conclusions)
JUDGEMENT (This is the time where the judge will create a formal decision making and estimate who’s better at proving and what team has a point.)

8:35-8:45-Outro.
8:45-9:30-Judging

There will be only 5 rebuttals.

– 1st and 2nd highest scorers would face each other on the Third and Special round.
