Just the view from a wonderful fall day. Thank you everyone who came out to shop Gambit at this month! It was my first flea market experience and I had an absolute blast getting to interact with folks in person, seeing all the local talent, and getting to know new vendors along with vendors I’ve admired from afar. It’s only confirmed what I’ve known for a while— I need to do moooooore pop-ups because nothing compares to human interaction (plus getting to see and feel fabrics irl)! Going to try to figure out some rhythm that works for my growing family while still doing what I love. Thanks for stickin’ around!! 🤎 Ti

All the gratitude in the world to for hosting Gambit for Tru’s one-year anniversary. This coffee shop has made it possible for so many vintage sellers to get exposure and obtain an income! Espresso tonic is to die for. Baristas are always friendly. Owner is an actual angel. Iowa City is blessed to have such a rad coffee shop in the district, and i was blessed to be a part of their celebrations! Cheers to one year down for them and many many many more years of coffee, community, and fashion finds! ✨Also s/o to my hubs for helping me set up and tear down and getting pumped to do stuff that he normally wouldn’t care about. He’s the best.

The truth is that i take my style cues from illustrations.

I’m an absolutely sucker for an art scarf. My personal closet is pretty minimal, with almost all neutrals. But more and more I’m enamored with patterns, prints, and colors. Scarfs are the easiest way to incorporate those elements right into my current wardrobe without buying a whole new closet! I’ll share some scarf inspiration in the stories for how to wear. The possibilities are endless! Also, do you think I’m wasting my breath writing this long caption when IG hates feed photo engagement? Not sure! Still gonna write it!
