Vaxlocator.ca finds appointments near you based on postal code at several pharmacies. Updates every 10 seconds.

Vaccine-ontario.ca finds appointments near you based on region, city or postal code at your region's vaccination clinics and some pharmacies. Updates every 10 mins.

Both these resources allow you to filter first vs. second dose appointments and the type of vaccine you're looking for. However, vaccine-ontario.ca will list a vaccination clinic under both types of vaccine if the kind they are providing is unknown.
