Although the pandemic is winding down, the fact is, remote work isn't going anywhere. Pre-pandemic studies demonstrated that working remotely can reduce employee turnover, improve productivity, and lower stress - and that hasn't changed.
Virtual classes are still the most accessible way for remote workers to learn and practice stress reduction strategies, and combat poor posture and the effects of prolonged sitting, because these issues can be addressed in the environments contributing to them. Plus, our virtual classes provide connection to a supportive community without the stress of a commute.
We know that what we offer isn't the only movement our members do. They enjoy incorporating cardio and strength training into their week and often do these forms of exercise in in-person settings. We support that! Our classes are not offered before and after normal work hours, so members' time outside of work is protected to do the other forms of training they love.
We take pride in being one less place you have to drive to. We'll meet you where you are.
Wondering where to find our studio?
Our studio is wherever you decide to join us from —whether that’s poolside, lakeside, or from your living room, home gym, apartment, or the office.
The micro studio we teach from has just enough room for one mat and the equipment needed bring our classes to you.
Our classes are foundational and principle-based. In this way, they are simultaneously beginner and experienced-practitioner friendly. Our teaching method enriches beginner and experienced practices alike and we work with each participant to help them find suitable movement variations for their body and lifestyle.
We encourage our members to meet themselves wherever they are in a given, season, day, or hour while working towards who and where they want to be. Our community is here to support you are your hardest days and celebrate with you on the good days.
Here at W3llbeing, you’re known. You’re not just a name on a board.
We know your name, your face, and your story (as well as your pets, name, face, and story lol).
We’re grateful to know our members and take pride in getting to be a part of their story.
We record completely customized content for our members. The customized videos are designed for one but shared with all in our ever-growing library of on-demand classes so everyone can benefit.
We also regularly check in with our members so that we can customize our live classes and on-demand content to align with our members’ goals and other forms of movement.
Last but not least we have a form where members can submit additional class requests so we can ensure we’re creating classes for what they need.
At W3llbeing we don’t make our best guess and create classes based on what we know, we create classes FOR our members.
Our mission is to help you live a more mindful balanced life, so we designed our classes to complement and enhance the other aspects of your life.
We teach breathing, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques so that you’re not only less stressed and more productive at work, but more importantly, you’re less stressed around your family and can spend more intentional time with them.
Our classes incorporate techniques that are helpful for combating poor posture and the negative effects of sitting to reduce your work's impact on your life your ability to do activities you enjoy like hiking, biking, etc.
Our short, efficient classes are taught during common break times to complement your workday schedule, maximize your work breaks, and respect your time before and after work.

W3llbeing was created in response to the need for access to stress reduction strategies, quality movement, and connection to a supportive community, when we need it most –during our workday.
We offer short, efficient live classes throughout the day Monday through Thursday as well as pre-recorded classes and resources you can access 24/7 to help you combat the negative effects of your work when it works for your schedule.
