Technology and Livelihood Education Department Cooking Contest

“Healthy Budgetarian Ulam for Juan Family”
Contest Mechanics Practicing health-enhancing behaviors like eating healthy meal can avoid/reduce health risks.

Create a Tiktok Video of a healthy budgetarian recipe for a family that would only cost 100 pesos.

1. The contest is open for All CBNHS-San Nicolas students enrolled in S.Y. 2022-2023. One to three members per participant is allowed.
2. Interest participants must do the following to successfully join the contest:

c. Tag two (2) of their classmates/friends/ family by commenting on the comment box
d. Fill-out a Google Registration Form

3. Official Entries must be submitted on or before 5:00 PM of August 17, 2023 (Thursday) through email at [email protected] with the email subject “TLECookingContest_SURNAME”
4. Official Entry Requirements:
a. Tiktok Video (showing the preparation and cooking of low-cost dish)
• Good resolution with clear and audible sound
• Must be in a popularly supported video format (mp4, mov.)
• Playing time should be limited to 3-5 minutes.
• Video should not be uploaded on any social media platform during the contest.
• Provide the Title of the recipe
• Cost: 100 pesos only
• State the details of your meal including: Serving Sizes, Ingredients, and Nutritional Facts with the number of calories
• Should provide acknowledgment in the credits, e.g. “editing by, music by”
5. The Tiktok Video will be posted to the Technology and Livelihood Education-San Nicolas https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100065723100229 from August 14-16, 2023.
6. The judging of entries will be on July 18, 2023. A panel of three (3) judges shall determine the winners. Judging shall be based on the rubric attached.
7. There will be only one (1) winner in the contest who will each receive a certificate and cash award of 500 pesos via Gcash.
