INGREDIENTS
🔹Chicken fillet 400 grams
🔹 Avocado 2 pcs
🔹Cherry 125 grams
🔹 Cheese dor blue 125 grams
🔹Bacon 125 grams
🔹Chicken egg 4 pcs
🔹Olive oil 40 ml
🔹 Balsamic vinegar 20 ml
🔹Lemon juice 30 ml
🔹Salt to taste
🔹 Ground paprika 2 tbsp
🔹Dried onion 1 tbsp
🔹 Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons (homemade)
🔹 Curry 1 tbsp
🔹Salad 125 grams
🔹 Marinate the chicken breast fillet in dry spices with salt, sugar (preferably without it) and mayonnaise - leave for marinade for at least 45 minutes, preferably for a day in a cool place.

Cooking:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - bake the chicken fillet for 30 minutes.
2️⃣Peel the avocado, remove the large pit.
3️⃣Cut raw smoked bacon into cubes - fry in a dry frying pan until crispy.
4️⃣ Boil the eggs so that the yolk remains soft and tender. Clean, cut into slices.
5️⃣For dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic, lemon juice and salt. Lay in a salad bowl randomly in layers.

▫️ Ingredients:
1.5 lb fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt, to taste
1/4 tsp freshly pepper
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
4 cups shredded lettuce of choice
2 cans black beans
2 cups sweetcorn (I used frozen)
1 medium red onion, diced
1 large cucumber, chopped

▫️ For your Ranch:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt,
1-2 Tbsps unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp sea salt and pepper
2 tsps garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 Tbsps finely chopped fresh dill or parsley
3 Tbsps finely chopped chives

Instructions:

First, make your homemade ranch.
Add all ranch ingredients to a small glass bowl, then whisk until well combined. Refrigerate.

Place your tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper into a bowl. Gently stir to combine.
To assemble your layered salad, use a clear glass bowl with straight sides as shown to create this layered look.

Cover and refrigerate for up to 48 hours.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing on top, and serve immediately.
Serve your beautiful salad with a long handled spoon to dig deep, and enjoy! ❤

RECIPE
🛒 INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
BASE
▪️ 50 g of almond flour
▪️ 2 teaspoons of erythritol
▪️ ½ teaspoon cinnamon
▪️ 15g of butter 🧈
COVERAGE
▪️ 150g cream cheese
▪️ 30g of butter
▪️ Half lime juice 🍋
▪️ 2 tablespoons of erythritol
▪️ Grated lime peel to decorate
👩‍🍳 PREPARATION
1. Toast the almond flour in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes.
2. Add the flour to a bowl along with the sweetener and cinnamon. Add the butter and mix to form a crumbly dough. Add the batter to two dessert glasses and press to the bottom. Refrigerate.
3. In a large bowl, add topping ingredients: cream cheese, butter, lime juice, and sweetener. Mix 🥣 until combined.
4. Add the mixture to the glasses and decorate with grated lime peel. Refrigerate for a few hours or take it to the freezer / freezer ❄️ for 30 minutes.
