A trauma is an emotional response to a harmful event(s) or situation(s) that alters our being, energy, mind, body, behaviors and reality in a negative and limiting way.
I believe a trauma can be a disconnection from our SPIRIT and nature. A trauma can occur via any force, human or system that limits our ability to express ourselves, our nature and our access to inner knowing.
This inability to express can come from our parents / caretakers, religious indoctrination, societal norms and other oppressive systems in power.
I talk a LOT about these systems in my highlights on programming and have received hundreds of DMs thanking me for guiding them to examine their beliefs / challenge truths.
Some of us are walking around with trauma that we are unaware is a trauma.
We re-harm others and our bodies when we hold trauma energy.
Also, some of us are unaware that we're abusers and / or are contributing to oppressive systems in power, harming communities of people, harming the collective.
Ex: humans are pushing a x into HEALTHY humans that alters DNA, immunity etc that has a massive $ agenda.
Ex: inadvertently supporting a form of slavery, racism and white supremacy with our purchases.
Many of us are unaware that we've been programmed and it can be terrifying when we unearth it all. Support is critical.
Where I'm at with my work: in recognition of my individual and collective harm I have / am perpetuating here on Planet Earth. My work is also to assist others on their ascension path which requires a lot of this integrative, "eye opening" work. Some people want to open their eyes too fast, too many rabbit holes and this fast track can be very destabilizing.
This is the work of the ascension guide, the sacred activist: to keep the pace and balance in alignment with the soul as we must move at a pace we can integrate vs the ego's impatience, finger-pointing and bypassing. That will lend to more trauma.
I'm here to guide you to find your individual SELF, your authenticity, your interconnection to it ALL and birth that collective, soul mission. ❤️

It can be easy to bring material consciousness into spiritual life by thinking that success is measured by our external performance rather than our inner transformation.
We can get all the rules and rituals right, but still miss out on the essence (and end up judging other people for not doing what we’re doing, which, by the way, isn’t spiritual).
And even if we stumble and fumble our way down the spiritual path, our sincerity is always the substance that matters, which is expressed through our continued endeavor (however neat or messy it may be).

Stay calm loves. Continue to view all that's happening as a tool to awaken humanity. You are healing and evolving which cannot be comfortable. Quell your fears so you can regain your power and access your truth. Lean into yourself to FEEL. Surrender daily to yourself. Go deep. Regulate your nervous system with self expression, and protect your energy intake and output. Co-regulate with someone you trust, or get intuitive guidance. Ascension is not linear and requires endless shedding of old stories and beliefs to attain self mastery. Higher consciousness or BUST. You don't have to do this alone. for assistance

Shadow integration is an art form and self mastery tool necessary for our soul to heal / evolve in each incarnation. This work is not a 1-time stop. Integration tools are a lifeLINE to use during this entire lifeTIME.
Our shadow is what we have no relationship with (our wounds / subconscious trauma and programming) that acts in the form of energy, limiting beliefs / negative behaviors. That shadow holds light, too -- like our spiritual gifts that may unearth as light language, vibrations, art forms and intuitive abilities. The people that vibe into me since I've done this work is insane...requiring me to be very self connected and boundaryed while remaining open, loving and compassionate. That's why I study energy, Reiki and remain disciplined in my dedication to some form of spiritual practice. For me that's meditation, yoga, reading, self Reiki, plant medicine journeys -- anything that connects me to my higher self. I also balance that with being very human... occasionally drinking alcohol, events and socializing with unconscious people. All things in balance. I don't like spiritual elitists, and do NOT wish to be one. If we don't radiate, we alienate.
Many people lead with shadow in ugly ways. Know any? They hurt people because they are hurting. Shadow people can sociopathic, triggery and project gnarly anger. They can also be very lovely, people pleasing and in self betrayal. Which is kinda scary to think that it's hard to really know what you or anyone else is until one or both TRIGGER the other. The proof is in that trigger pudding.
We can't do shadowwork unless we are anchored into the light...which requires a self connection spiritual practice or external loving guide to help us tune into our internal guidance for alignment on our path. I post a lot about the shadow, and you can find them all in my highlights called "shadow" -- but all my posts are about this journey to self -- to our TRUTH and pure essence. The light. The dark. To know them both is to love them both.

This can happen in any relationship contract: friends, lovers, casual, familial.
When we are SEEN, we feel that they "get" us, see us and love us for who we are and what we're about. They honor our pursuits separate from their own. They see are our faults, too.
We desire to be seen in our purest essence, our Spirit that transcends our masks, persona, behaviors and our shadow. They accept all of us as-is. Our most naked vulnerabilities are safe. That is not to say they can't reflect and mirror for our highest good - to push us to grow and vice versa. This is to say that we have that safe container to do just that when we are seen.
No SEE = No SAFE.
When we are not seen, it's normal to feel all of the above as we are out of resonance. It's also not uncommon to feel anxiety and depression around those whom can't see us. Spiritually speaking, we are not in vibrational alignment with those that don't see us - so the *feels are our gifts. Will we tune in and listen or remain in victim mode, in self betrayal?
These gifts of our feels are pushing us to stop holding, stop betraying ourselves, to speak our truth to see if we can source and course-correct together, or commit to choose ourselves FIRST, say goodbye and clear our field for what's IS for us, what WILL see us.
To be SAFE, we must be SEEN.
When we are SEEN, we can GROW.

When we have a
1) self connection practice,
2) we are connected to ourselves,
3) know the truth of who we are,
4) know what we stand with
5) are sovereign, therefore
6) we are FREE.
7) We don't need anyone to validate who we are,
8) nor do we get offended by what others have to say about us.
9) We have all our power and agency.
10) We know our worth and
11) the subtle art of not giving a f**k engages as far as how perceived. We are embodied.
When we are easily offended by others,
1) we're likely on shaky ground with self connection,
2) self worth, our beliefs and
3) we then give our power and agency away to what exists and speaks outside of us --
4) We become controlled by external energies and
5) we can be easily manipulated.
This lack of self empowerment is a direct result of the wounds we endured from our programming.

The Mortifying Ordeal of Being Known is part of a quote by author Tim Kreider in an essay he wrote for The New York Times. Basically the quote means that in order to achieve deep relationships with others, one must bare the complexities and contradictory aspects of themselves they may not wish to share with the outside world.
This is TRUE, but now that my shadow is integrated enough to be fully self aware not to PROJECT, IDGAF about the outside world from the standpoint of hiding my integrated self from it. I'm not mortified to show up fully. I'm at the point where I try to embrace judgment and stares with JOY. I am not different, I'm just self expressed. Their judgement is a projection and their inability to want to see parts of me in themselves. Deep down, their soul wishes they could express and appear so FREE. I wasn't always like that, and it wasn't easy to get here. But damn, it feels good to not have to make myself small anymore because of some societal norm I'm suppose to fit inside. It's nice to not have to stack on masks to hide under.
Through treacherous and painful inner work, I've made the art of self expression my new norm.
Yes it took aloneness, endless tears, plant medicines and psychedelics to undo every thing I was told to BE and BELIEVE. But here I am.
So, if I wanna dance, I will dance. If I want to laugh loud, I will laugh loud. If I want to sing, I will sing. If I want to talk about s*x, I will talk about s*x. If I want to attempt to love everyone, I will attempt to love everyone. I will NOT be limited, and I will not limit others. I intend to play hard, as I'm making up for time NOT LOST, but time FOUND -- ironically at the perfect time.
So as the collective world seemingly spins out of control, descends and purges it's demons to no fuqing end, I embrace it as it's part of the ascension process of humanity. The collective must endure same spinning out of control, descension and purging we humans must endure to rise up, LIVE and LOVE. As without, so within -- for we are the Universe contained in skin.

Rebellion is not a passive state but an endless striving toward something better than serving a master and living a life trapped in boxes, societal labels and norms. (3D I call it)
I've learned that in order to give life meaning, I'd have to come out from under that subjugation.
Unfortunately we're all slaves to various desires and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I am not obsolved of old programs and ways of being wanting to pull me into it's stuper. Hence why a spiritual practice, yoga and forms of self expression has replaced the litany of unhealthy coping mechanisms that once graced my existence with it's sole desire to take me out of presence, out of LISTENING, away from my Spirit.
In a world that is inherently unfree and hostile, filled with political systems that continue to degrade and imprison the individual and their Spirit, it's a valiant act to oppose it all in order to live as freely as possible. The Sacred Rebel must believe that open defiance is not just how one survives, but the only way one can truly live.
There's nothing easy or linear about this process. We need hands to hold, hearts and souls stronger than our own and activators of our essence, of our voice and truth. We need loving guidance, reflection and integrity. Again, we cannot do this level of facing, healing, deconstructing, integrating -- of rising -- alone.
It's nothing short of a gift to be able to show up for souls in this way, and I STILL can battle with my old stories. But the frequency, duration and intensity of the noise and activation from those stories are WAY less and nearly GONE.
I can say with truth, I'm representing this way of being.
And yep, this way to exist takes an incredible amount of courage and community, as we have to die onto so many of our old ways of being. Layer by layer we can see that what we're actually representing is not only unique, but SO right, so justified. Our mission is BORN here in this place of authenticity!
And yeah, people think we cray 😜.

Thus, whereas the illusion is that we are human beings having some spiritual experiences, the reality is that we are spiritual beings having some human experiences. And whereas the illusion is that life in this world is essentially a biological experiment, in which human beings are merely higher animals engaged in an evolutionary game called the survival of the fittest, the reality is that life in this world is essentially a spiritual experiment, based on the illusion of separation from Source, in which Planet Earth serves as a schoolroom for the evolution of consciousness, the graduates of which are known as ascended masters, who have overcome the illusion of separation by learning how to be in the world but not of it.
Needless to say, the process of reorienting oneself from the world of illusion to the Reality of God involves a radical paradigm shift. And of course, this is exactly what the process of spiritual awakening is all about.

The truth is that virtually everything we have been taught is upside down and backwards. Thus, if we wish to know the truth that will make us free, we must be willing to reverse the process so as to turn everything right-side up.
Stated very simply, the truth is that what we have been taught to regard as reality is actually illusion, and conversely, what we have been taught to regard as illusion is actually reality. For, the fact is that the holographic universe in which we are living is a world of illusion that is not what it appears to be, whereas the Source of our being is the true reality, which we have been brainwashed into regarding as an illusion.

According to the I AM Presence of the ascended master Saint Germain: "When you finally arrive at the point where you can view the human drama from a divine perspective, only then are you able to see that the role of the villain is just as important as the role of the hero and that all of the actors are equally loveable."
It is important to bear in mind, however, that darkworkers are, by their very nature, conspirators who will resort to any means at their disposal to keep their unscrupulous activities hidden in the dark. Consequently, they fear and hate the light precisely because it is capable of exposing their nefarious conspiracies for all to see.
In order to arrive at a clear understanding of what may be called the darkworkers' conspiracy, let us next make a clear distinction between true education and false education. Whereas true education is a positive process of awakening the intrinsic knowing which is inherent within us so that we can actualize our full potential through self-realization, false education is a negative process of indoctrination that is intentionally designed to stifle the innate wisdom which is inherent within us, thereby leaving us in a state of ignorance, confusion, disorientation, and despair where we can more easily be manipulated, subjugated, and controlled. This is what the word "school" has come to mean to our children in this so-called "modern age of enlightenment", which we will eventually look back upon as "the dark age of social engineering". For the plain fact is that our present system of so-called education has been deliberately designed to keep us in the dark as to who we truly are and what life in this polarized world of illusion is really all about.

In any case, when viewed from the enlightened perspective of unity consciousness, the essence of what is currently being acted out in this polarized world of illusion can be seen to be a divinely orchestrated dance between the dark and the light. It is only when we view this dance from the unenlightened perspective of separation consciousness that it appears to be a war.
As usual, the moral of the story is: Do not be deceived by appearances in this wondrous world of illusion. Know that to be a "spiritual warrior" is actually a contradiction in terms designed to mislead lightworkers into becoming darkworkers.
The essential thing to understand here is that, although darkworkers are forever trying to provoke lightworkers into doing battle so as to transform the interaction from a playful dance into a serious war, true lightworkers always choose to be harmonizers rather than warriors, because they know that unconditional forgiving love is the only power on Earth capable of embracing and transmuting discord into harmony. Therefore, whenever a contest of wills degenerates into a deadly war in which both sides are aligned to the strategies and tactics of separation consciousness, we may be absolutely certain that darkworkers are in control of both sides of the conflict.

The historical origin of this fundamental distinction may be found in the mystical revelation which the Persian prophet Zarathustra received from the Lord of Light circa 630 BC. The essence of what was revealed to mankind through Zarathustra is simply that those who acknowledge and align to the Source of their being are characterized by the fact that they know the truth, love the truth, and speak the truth, whereas those who do not acknowledge and align to the Source of their being are characterized by the fact that they do not know the truth, do not love the truth, and do not speak the truth.
For a time, the former were called gnostics, which means "those who know," and the latter were called agnostics, which means "those who don't know." However, this archaic terminology was soon replaced by the simple distinction between those who are enlightened and those who are unenlightened.
Now, whereas those who are enlightened are characterized by unity consciousness, the essence of which is the absolute knowing that we are all part of One Universal Being, those who are unenlightened are characterized by separation consciousness, which creates the illusion that we are separate from one another and separate from our Source.
In Biblical times, the former were known as Children of the Light, and the latter were known as Children of the Darkness (Luke 16:8; John 3:19-21; 12:35-36; 1 John 1:5-7; 2:9-11; 3:10; 4:6-8, 20-21; Ephesians 5:8; 1 Thessalonians 5:5). Nowadays, the former are known as lightworkers, from which it follows that the latter may be called darkworkers.
Once we make this key distinction between lightworkers, who are enlightened, and darkworkers, who are unenlightened, it then becomes clear that those who have chosen the negative path of the darkworker inevitably become dysfunctional for the simple reason that their outer minds are not aligned to their inner being. As a consequence, their logical thoughts are not guided by their intuitive feelings but are guided instead by the irrational motivations of their subconscious shadows, thereby giving expression to all of the negative desires and thoughts within their personalities which they have first repressed and then projected onto others.
Hence, to use a simple analogy, darkworkers are like blind men who have lost their way in this polarized world of labyrinthic illusion. As a result, they gradually lose their sense of humor and may eventually lose their sanity as well. Having unwittingly dehumanized themselves by their choice to unplug their thinking minds from their feeling hearts, they are quite capable of behaving like mechanical robots that have gone berserk. And, paradoxically, they do everything in their power to prevent themselves from receiving the very thing that they are most in need of, which is compassion.

The easiest way to arrive at a clear understanding of what is really going on in this polarized world of holographic illusion is to make a simple distinction between lightworkers and darkworkers.
Although we all come from the same Source, the fact remains that not all of us are willing to acknowledge this basic truth. As a consequence, our human family has become a house divided against itself. For, the difference between those who acknowledge and align to the Source of their being and those who do not acknowledge and align to the Source of their being is as different as day and night.
The reason for this radical difference is extremely simple and very easy to understand. Whereas those who choose to acknowledge and align to the Source of their being are blessed by their inner being with intuitive knowing which is experienced as divine guidance, those who do not choose to acknowledge and align to the Source of their being are not blessed by their inner being with intuitive knowing or divine guidance. As a result, the former are able to find their way through this polarized world of labyrinthic illusion, whereas the latter inevitably become lost in the labyrinth.
Intuition is a word flow of our angels/spirit guides.
No one can pressure you to choose your own path. However, are you sure that the world is as simple as you understand it?
