This is about a one hour walk up a very steep mountain. Then you slide down or jump 15-20 ft each time. Water is over head & you must wear a helmet & life vest. You must sign a release as well if you get hurt or worse. I did this 😂. I would only recommend this for the adventurous & physical fit!
