How much water do you drink a day?

The thing is it doesn’t always have to be water.. you can stay hydrated by drinking anything you like (except caffeine and alcohol) as long as your getting fluids and food in regularly you should be managing it effortlessly.

Did you know Milk and energy drinks are more hydrating than water?

We need to be looking at our urine the darker the colour the more we need to hydrate it’s really that simple. And for all you well hydrated people with near enough clear pee… well done you’re doing a great job 😂

🦋 finding it hard to concentrate (brain fog)

🦋 overeating and craving sugary high carb foods

If any of the above relates to you here are some tips that might help 🥰

✨ Try to find time each day to get outdoors and spend some time in the fresh air.
✨ Move your body try and exercise for as little as 20 mins to start with.
✨ Focus on eating a varied balanced diet.
✨ Hydrate your body! My go to always for most things 😂

My client Steph killed it!

Steph is a mum of two beautiful little boys who keep her very busy, sometimes so busy she’s basically running off no sleep due to teething! But Steph never used this as an excuse in fact she smashed her program in the toughest times.

You’re probably thinking I had her on some crazy 800 calorie diet when it was actually quite the opposite, I continuously increased steps calories to keep her feeling satiated and to give her the energy she needed to work out and be a mum of two.

No super restrictive diets are needed when you adhere to the plan. This is the fittest Steph has ever been and she is now in the best shape of her life after having two children!

Steph has been maintaining this condition for weeks on increased calories and will continue to do so. With the program we created she has been able to sustain this physique with ease. This is a lifestyle guys not a quick fix 🤍

“I have been eating crisps and ice cream every other day and still managed to reach my goals”.

I’m so proud of Robyn over the duration of our program. She admitted that she never found it easy to stick to diets in the past and that she always gave up and found them too hard to stick too, but with this program she didn’t even feel like she was on a diet.

Client transformation 😍

where do I start, this is Katie’s second time coaching with myself and after the first time she had managed to maintain and really healthy balanced lifestyle using the tools we had put in place. Katie wanted to step it up a level with her fitness so we intensified her training and also refined her nutrition to get to that next level.

She is always a pleasure to work with and I feel like I’ve made another friend for life!

Katie didn’t want to feel like she was “dieting” so I tailored her plan around the food she enjoyed whilst teaching her how to understand her macros.

As cliche as it sounds you get out what you put in and Katie is the perfect example of this. following the guidance I’ve given her day in day out to get the results she wanted.
