Job Description:
1. Should be able to understand written and verbal instructions, draft technical drawings and blueprints, implement feedback from engineers and architects, and work long hours to meet deadlines, willing to work 7 days a week if required.
2. Produce rough sketches and using CAD software up to detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
3. Knows how to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
4. Update software, drawings, and other documents.
6. Remain professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
7. Ensure drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
8. Communicate potential design issues to engineers and architects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Must be a graduate of architecture, related courses or any vocational course in drafting.
2. Preferably with at least two (2) years of extensive work experience as CAD Operator/Draftsman
3. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a drafting works.
4. Able to communicate (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
5. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
6. Good Level in any related structural engineering/drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other rendering softwares.
7. Able to do computations.
8. Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, etc.
9. Experienced working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
10. Flexible on shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
