Cannot wait for summer time melons! A successful dinner that included a cantaloupe, prosciutto and burrata salad. Accompanied with fresh basil and a balsamic reduction.
Valentine’s Day dinner consisted of tomato caprese kabobs with a garlic and thyme balsamic reduction. Sirloin medallions in a red wine and pearl onion sauce. Paired with sautéed garlic and lemon string bean and duchess potatoes. And last but not least a orange infused creme brûlée with candied oranges ❤️
