Good morning it has been a hot minute since I have given an update.
So as I mentioned last time I was on here I started the 80 day program, which was going fine at first but phase 1 always goes well. Getting into phase 2 I don’t know what it is with this program I just get this annoyance and I actually took a 2 week break.
But I have gotten back into it, my nutrition is getting better (still not amazing I’m having craving issues lol).
Another thing that did not help was knowing that my job was coming to an end in august and I had no other job or prospect in that moment to fall back on, luckily I was able to find a new job and started September 1st, thankfully still at the same place but different department.
Also going back to the office for a month and a half really screwed me up, I didn’t know I could feel so tired haha. I would leave in the morning and come home at night just totally burnt out.
But things are back on track, slowly but surely I will reach my goals!!

I would be lying if I said that I only do my workouts to feel better.
I have some excess weight, I have stuggled with it my whole life, I have always been on the heavier side and that is what I am trying to work on.
But to be quite honest I don’t have to weigh 110lbs to be happy, I just want to feel and look healthy.
But I must say I am happy for the progress I am making. I’ve been modifying less, feeling less pain and my body is more flexible. Can’t wait to see where this program takes me. Today I’ll be doing 9/80.
Usually I do 2 workouts a day but that’s when my workouts are 30 minutes. These workouts are 1 hour most days and you get the best burn. So excited to see what happens.

Personal Win Day!!!!!!!
So when I restarted working out I lost a lot of the muscles I had made before. And I was discouraged because I USED TO BE ABLE TO DO PUSH UPS!!
Well today I was able to do 6. I know it doesn’t sound like much but 6 push ups is A LOT!!!!!!
So that’s my win for today super proud, patting myself on back 💪
Is it just me that’s shocked that’s it’s almost July? Lol
After 2 weeks of workouts to tighten the core and the gluts to help my back I have decided to attempt finishing the 80 day program that I have restarted twice so far and never completed.
For some reason it doesn’t have music and I get bored, so I’ll be adding music to my workouts and hopefully will complete in 80 days!!!

I am close to 10 lbs down, my clothing fit better and some just fit.
I am take a day to rest my back since I feel some tightness. I will randomize my workouts for 1 week before I restart this program again.
I feel amazing.
I did day 97&98 today and mid way through 97 I started feeling tighteness in my lower back. So I modified more than the modifiers 😂😂.
I was definitely struggling today but still made my way through it. Hopefully I can finish 99 & 100 without any issues!

Today I reach the half way point in my last week of my 100 day program.
I have been feeling stronger and healthier. I have been feeling pretty good lately.
I think the best part is putting on clothes that I found a little tight in recent months and having them fit comfortably.
So the number on the scale is close to the 10lbs mark but I haven’t hit it yet.
I am taking my time, not rushing it and slowly getting results.
Honestly though being able to put my underwear on and feel comfortable is a pretty amazing feeling to me 😂😂

So the first time I did this program Morning meltdown 100 was last year. I am currently according to my memories about 1 weeks behind from when I did it last year (which I just find to be a funny fact 😂).
Anyways when I did it last year I was modifying 50% of the time and I didn’t like all the jumping and honestly jumping when you are heavier it’s no fun.
This time around I told myself I would only modify when I completely need it and for the first time I’ve been able to do moves I wasn’t able to or feared before.
When I’m done Next week I’m just going to do another round of this program and see how much stronger I can get.

Got an air conditioner installed today and my workout space in the basement is starting!!!!! Got all my equipment and a tv down there right now! Just need a wall mount and a few other things and I’m all set.

So things have been going pretty good lately I am 4 weeks away from finishing my 100 workout program so excited and I’m thinking of re-doing it when I’m done and seeing how much stronger I am and work on all my push-ups and stuff.
Nutrition wise things are so much better, not much weight off the scale but I’m only working on about 1 lbs a week right now.
But my clothes have been fitting better and I’ve been more comfortable just sitting around and vegging so that’s amazing. It’s all I really want is to be comfortable when I am sitting or driving and not feel like my own body is in the way.
Yesterday I suffered through cardio 😂 yesterday was hard but when you reach another phase it’s always hard 😂.
So here’s to another phase, another week, another challenge.
So finishing up phase 3 this week 2 more phases to go, my nutrition is so much better, had a bit of an off week last week but got back on track.
Weight is coming down, my clothes are starting to fit better and the anxiety is way down.
Finding healthier ways to indulge my sweet tooth is also amazing. I’ve been following choosing balance on Instagram and this recipe is amazing. I made it Sunday and it’s almost gone. It’s so good and had no white sugar.
When a friend of mine came to me for information about my workouts and wanting to get started and healthy, I was so excited and when we signed her up last week it felt amazing.
But honestly what gets to be more amazing was this message this morning!!!!

I want to sit on the couch and be comfortable. (Getting there)
I want to sit in the car and not be almost glued to the steering wheel.
I want to feel better inside and outside my body.
So honestly it’s not about being thin it’s about being comfortable in my skin, about my health and living the best life I can while I have.
I have been pretty consistent and I am so close to that 10lbs mark and I’m excited.

Yesterday one of my friends took the first steps to a healthier lifestyle and I am so excited for her.
Purchasing her first challenge pack and ready to rock it.
I actually sat with her explained her options and she was able to choose what was right for her and that is amazing.
Now fully subscribed to the same platform I am and waiting on her pack to come in but believe me I will be checking in to see if she did her workout today 😉
I keep track of my workout and where I am in my calendar and I don’t know how it completely slipped my mind that I was starting phase 3 this morning.
Instead of dreading my workout I just threw myself into it and only modified when I was fatigued and honestly caught myself smiling instead of cursing on cardio day.

I hope you are all enjoying the sporadic nice weather this week is going to be crap weather wise. I am going to have 1 really annoying cat and one overactive puppy by the weekend!! Lol
My basement is still a mess so my gym area isn’t ready yet, but I found a place to workout where I don’t have to struggle to get my moves done properly and that’s all I need.
I am starting my 4th week of my accelerated 100 day workout program.
Since last month I have been working really hard, nutrition and fitness wise. There is a change on the scale and my clothes fit better.
Cannot wait to see what the next 6 weeks will bring.
Workout done today. Still modifying this week to protect my back to make sure I’m safe and today’s lunch super well balanced.
It’s funny cause there are chips in the cupboard but just want the veggies.
My sandwich is M&M herb and garlic chicken
A little bacon
Avocado instead of mayo
And lettuce.

So this weekend I too the time to relax my body finished my workouts using a tonne of modifications so that I didn’t hurt myself again.
Today cardio day (eww lol).

Yep that was my morning. 20 minute workout only 1 on the agenda today and I pull something in my back while modifying no less.
2 Robax down and a work day to get through be believe me this girl isn’t moving much or far today.
Hopefully it’s something that settles soon enough I don’t want to be set back too much.

I want to thank all of you who follow this page!! It means a lot and keeps me accountable.
I want to mention how much better I have been feeling anxiety wise in the last little while!! It’s been amazing not having my head go into the never end thought tunnel(yes that’s how I call it).
I have also been eating so much better lately and I absolutely feel that. When the appliances first came in, the one thing I was most excited about eating believe it or not was a chicken salad. That night I had the best chicken salad ever.
Also since all this I’ve been seeing results in my weight loss.
I always have to remind myself that this time will probably be different. I have a job now where I am sitting a good part of the day, as to my old job when I was on my feet 8-9 hours a day.
But seeing the results make me happy no matter how slow those results come.

I know I was so tired this morning I didn’t do my workout but I will today for sure.
Phase 2 starts today only 4 phases to go I’ll be done this program in no time.
Let’s talk hydration. March 1st, I got the new appliances at the house and since my kitchen was set up to have a fridge with a water and ice dispenser that’s what I got and it’s honestly the best purchase ever.
No fiddling with ice trays or water jugs, the water is just there and I get to have it ice cold no matter what. Now I know it doesn’t sound like much but for me it’s game changer.
I have been drinking more water because of it and I don’t even crave anything else. I decided to have pop with dinner the other night and honestly I never finished it.
A little food prep for the beginning of the week. Eating and feeling so much better!!

For the past year I have been waking up at 5 am and going back to bed until it’s time to get up for work.
I decided a few weeks ago that I would use that wake up call to my advantage and get my workout done in the morning and have the rest of the day to concentrate on my nutrition and taking care of everything around the house.
Same goes this morning!!! A little lemon pre workout in sparkling water cause I wanted a little fizz. Then to get Cardio day out of the way.
Today day 16/100.
I decided to restart my favourite program which is 100 workouts which I am trying (and going to succeed) to complete it in 70 days. I did it last year and felt so great afterwards and am right on track.

Every morning for the past 2 weeks. Consistency is key. I always add some cauliflower (honestly you don’t taste it), always peanut butter and fruits.
This morning it was
1 scoop chocolate superfood
1 wheel of evive smoothie cubes (it has cauliflower)
1 scoop digestiv boost
1 scoop collagen
Peanut butter
Water
Cashew milk.
So good and keeps me full until lunch!!!!

It’s been a while since I have been in here and I am so excited to update you this morning.
So I moved into the house in February..... now this as excited as I was, was rough because I was left a mess by the “young man” who was living here and let’s just say I was not happy (I have a 2 page list of stuff just saying).
Now 2 months later and I have done the edge around the basement windows, the basement flooring and moved 99% of the stuff in (there are 4 things left at my apartment).
The most exciting thing though in all this for me is getting back into a routine. Once the appliances came in last month I have been drinking way more water (thank you water dispensing fridge) and my nutrition has gotten so much better, still needs some tweaking but I’ll get there.
So my new journey has me starting almost to where I had started before I was again at 200lbs cause of all the crap I ate the last couple of years. But since starting my workouts and eating better I am down 6 lbs and feeing so much better.
I also have Bella my new pup who is going to be my daily walking buddy but since I live in a place I don’t really know I have anxiety about walking around here with her. But I mean that’s my brain being irrational
And even more exciting I have another friend joining me on my weight loss journey next month and I will be helping her try and achieve her goals as I work on achieving mine.
So excited about the next step!
Hello everyone, so I haven’t posted since February and life has been hectic.
I got access to the house mid February a month before my tenant was supposed to be out! What came next was a lot of clean up (yes he left a mess and there is still stuff under the snow), we did the basement flooring, painted the main floor and received my appliances (just waiting on installation).
Also got my new walking buddy Bella, she is a sheltie, she is so loving and cuddly. I love her to bits. She kinda popped into our lives suddenly as the breeder I got her from was growing her out to be a show dog (she is too big to show) which is why I got her so much earlier than I was expecting but I’m so happy she is mine.
Now with the flooring done in the basement I also get my designated workout space that will never be overrun by crap 😂😂 and a proper kitchen once everything is installed to get my nutrition back in check. I can’t finally get back to it 100%.
Maybe 2021 will be a year of renewal!! 🤞🤞

Good morning everyone!!!
So as I was finishing up my work day yesterday I got some news and am so excited to share with you first thing this morning.
My tenant has informed me that he will be out of my home as of Wednesday!!!!!!
I get my home a full month technically before his limit and I could not be happier right now.
I’ve spent my evening last night trying to prepare for things I need to get done and already have a bunch of things scheduled for the house. Things are coming into place.
I’m so excited for this now I can maybe share some of my recipes with you now that I will have a decent kitchen to work in.
I’ve also planned out a new weekday schedule to get me back on track in my workouts and have a routine going 🤞🤞 things go well.
And I will keep you guys posted.

Wow it’s been a while since I posted here and I do apologize 🙂.
I am 2 and a half weeks from moving day so instead of keeping up with my workout program I have put a lot of my stuff away because with the packing I keep running out of room.
Things are going well though I have packed up everything fragile so far being extra careful with anything belonging to my mom and dad. Hopefully it makes the 30 minute journey to the new house 🤪
Seems the closer we get the calmer I feel that will most likely change 😂
Can’t wait to start this new chapter. I will try my best to keep you updated.

A new week, a new challenge week 2 day 1 of my new program and I thought I was going to die... Just kidding.
Everything got a little complicated when my ball rolled down the hallway away from my workout zone but hey what can you do right?!?
There hasn't been much change on the scale but I feel it already in my clothing which is amazing.
I rather deal with 1/2 hour to a full hour of discomfort in my day to be healthy and comfortable in my body for the rest of the day.
Cause that is all it is it is 2-4% of your day to take a moment to do a workout that will make you feel your best and honestly what is 2 or 4 percent.
How many reruns of a TV show or how long have you been sitting in front of the computer playing a game?!? You are telling me you have no time to take 30 to 60 minutes to move your body.
I used to complain all the time that I was too tired (I have a full time job was my excuse), I didn't have time (but I spent hours just sitting in front of the TV at night or in front of a computer screen playing The Sims), all these reasons to not take care of myself.
I am worth more than that. I deserve the best for me and my health cause in the end that's all you've got.
Tomorrows another day and I cannot wait to get to my workout. I love that its just a little over 30 minutes but you don't feel like you have been working out that long.

Late post today!!! Got day 1 of my 9 week program done. Was going to double up since I hadn't done it yesterday but I was dead at the end.
I need to regain my stamina and re start my nutrition. 2 months and I am getting back on track. Meal prep, menu planning the works.
I took 9 days off for my move and plan to take full advantage of all those day to get the most done and planned as possible. My boyfriends birthday is right after we move as well so we can celebrate there which will be amazing.
Anxiety was trying to creep back in today. Right now its managed. I am thankful for my family doctor for keeping track of me. I owe her so much.
But all in all I am so happy to be feeling better, I have been planning for the house, planning colors, furniture and accents. Which is great because during the harder time I didn't want to workout or think about the house I wasn't even excited about it anymore.
I felt so anxious all the time and just couldn't get my brain to shut off. I know I've said it before but I am happy that the spinning finally stopped and I can finally see a slight light at the end of the tunnel.
Happy New Year!!!! I have been busy getting back into my workouts and getting prepared for my move so I've been forgetting to update.
I only have 2 months left before the move fingers crossed it goes well.🤞
I've been really busy finishing a cycle at work, looking for things for the house and getting my workouts back into my daily routine. I've almost got my routine back. Working on keeping myself in a good space mentally as well. Anxiety has been low lately which I am thankful for but, the question in my mind when this happens is for how long but hopefully it lasts a while.
I will hopefully be able to keep you all updated as I move as well. Took 9 days off work to get a lot of things done so lets see. March is just around the corner.
So I am wishing you all again a Happy New Year and here is too your health in 2021. I don't know how long all of this is going to last but there has to be an end of the tunnel at some point right. Whenever that is.
