The sun is shining today and I only have three non-writing things on my quest list. Which means I get to write or edit today! 🥰

Last year I bought blank bookmarks and tassels for the last 3 craft fairs. I put simple designs on them and let customers choose a tassel and bookmark when they bought 3 books from me. Many of them were excited to pick out their own bookmarks and loved the designs. This year I bought more and I'm going to have more different designs. I'm also going to try to make more intricate bookmarks with charms and different colors to sell along with my books. I'm excited for this new project!

Saw a YouTube video about horror games being released this year. I'm excited for the Silent Hill remake and for the dinosaur survival games. Is anyone else excited for a 2024 video game release? If so, what game?

Was at the mechanic shop for a routine car maintenance and decided it was a good time to edit a few pages if the manuscript. 🤣 Proud to say I completed 5 pages of editing while waiting!

And just like that, the rain washed away most of the snow. The landscape is still beautiful though ❤️

Just edited another chapter! This one made me cry. So many emotions. 😢 About halfway done editing Wolf Warrior 4!

Today is editing day! Already edited 10 pages, took out an entire chapter and added about a page to a scene.

Unfortunately things got a little busy and I did not meet my word count goals on Sunday and Monday. BUT that's okay. I can start over. Which means last night (Wednesday) is day two of reaching my word count goals. I reached a total of 8 days. I'm hoping to reach at least 10 days this time.

Goals for 2024: Sell 10 copies of Wolf Warrior every month (already have one sold for January!) Publish Wolf Warrior 4 and 5! Reach 500 followers on Facebook Start an Instagram Set up a website Read one book each month

I think this is doable 😊

Originally I was going to take a break and then start on the word count goals again, but I felt inspired to write last night so I did! I'm super happy with how the scene is progressing and I can't wait for everyone to read it (hopefully next year).

I reached 7 days of word count goals!!! To celebrate, I'm going to spend Saturday playing video games and painting! Then back to writing. Im hoping to reach 14 days!

I'm a little nervous doing this, but I wanted to show the cover of Wolf Warrior 4! I created this cover and did all of the designing. I think I did a really good job. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

I just reached 25 books sold in the month of December! 4 of them are going to the Eloquent Page in St. Albans.
