Teaching my little ones about the magic of music!
Happy World Piano Day 2021! Here is a little composition of mine in the style of Domenico Scarlatti.
Super awesome new 5 yr old student played through 6 songs in his lesson today! Really happy about seeing progress like this in just one month of lessons!

Happy with several of our students successes this week! Sam entered Alfred’s Level 3. She is staying focused while she plays, and counting every song out as she plays very well. Delilah, age 5, had a fantastic lesson today and played 5 songs! Her brother Nicko was focused in his lesson and played through 3 songs! Awesome work! Let’s see who will be some of our superstar achievers next week!

More good news for you. Jacob has been learning with me since the first week of shelter in place and has now started level 3! Yes, adults can learn piano! Great job to Jacob for his consistency and work ethic!

Another day of success at Db Music and Dance. This student sat patiently at the keyboard for nearly two minutes without playing a single note while his grandpa was taking his shoes off and entering the studio. Then he made record time of his C position notes with just 37 seconds in two weeks of working with flash cards! Teaching students how to succeed in music 😊

Yes! Another reason to be excited teaching this week. Congrats to Michael for starting on Level 2 in the Alfred's series! He's been working hard during Shelter in Place and has not missed one lesson! Way to go Michael!

Two great reasons to celebrate today! We take music seriously, and make great progress in our music lessons. Emma is starting level 3B in the Faber series after her hard work in Alfred's Level 3 and Faber 3A! And Faith just leveled up to Level 1B in the Alfred's series! Great job you two! You make me proud to be your music teacher!
