We all have big accomplishments, whether they happen in our 20’s, 30’s, 40’s or even 60’s. Trust the process. But most importantly believe and trust in yourself that you will do amazing things. Could Be Worse started as a way to heal myself over the loss of my brother. I wanted to tell his story and I will continue to do so. But I have found a passion in this. I want to be able to spread not just my brothers story, but other people who suffer with mental health or have gone through loss by su***de or in general and how it affected them.
That being said, I am excited to let you guys know that in the coming weeks, I will be having guests on to tell their stories. I am so excited to start this process!
My goal is to raise awareness on mental health and make people feel that they are not alone. I want to end the stigma around these topics.
I hope you guys enjoy my new content in the up coming weeks.

Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to speak at a event, Defy Darkness. This was my first time ever speaking in front of people about Hayden’s story.
