Also, repetition is a must , thus in every class the sounds covered previously are revised through a play way method.

FINALLY BACK TO SCHOOL!
I couldn’t be happier being back at my favourite place. The place where I learn, I play , I socialise and most importantly I am able to build my personality! I finally worked with the real material- touched it, felt it and internalised my concepts more clearly. How I missed being here. My day at school ends in a blink and I look forward to going again the next day.
In my first week I worked with the golden Bead material and learnt about the mathematical concepts in concrete. It never seems like we are studying , we are playing and learning and that is the beauty of being here. I hope this stays for long and forever .

Completing the name sculpture , that I made for my friend Shauurya.
It was an assignment that we got from school where we were supposed to pick up a friends name and make a sculpture. I really enjoyed painting , colouring and making patterns on every letter.
I love doing art and craft and specially when it’s for someone!

Swinging in to the new year-with new hopes,new wishes and new me because I believe in magic! 🤞🏻💃🏻✨

This winter vacation we decided to move a step ahead. Since now she is very well versed with numbers upto 20 , I decided to teach her some new terms.
We started with addition with this new game I found on Amazon.
I gave her the special term “plus”when we add more quantity to the given quantity and “equals to” for the final number we have in hand. She was super amazed to see how 2 small number add up together to make a big number. She learnt this concept in concrete with the help of these colourful sticks provided in this set.
After she understood the concept , I wrote the sum on the paper and she tried to find out the answer all by herself.

I highly recommend buying this product for your little ones to make learning numbers and concepts more fun.

A dream seen, gets fulfilled today. It wasn’t as easy as it seems, but was worth every ounce of hard work that was put in.

I’m proud to call myself a certified Montessorian today.
