Nuanced, thoughtful, courteous discussion is rare on social media.. The World, and all we discuss, (or derive opinions about), is all too often on a complex grey scale spectrum instead of Black and White. Two weeks ago I snuck a little "Live Acoustic" video onto my (still new to me) YouTube channel. I invite you to take a listen if you didn't catch it before, this is "One Thing" live / acoustic / 1 take from the living room.

For the audio engineers / producer folks... this is a little Mid/Side mic technique example with the Royer & 414 placed just out of frame : ) Hope you enjoy!

(on the EP you'll find a Demo version of this song. Im pleased to say it has evolved a little further, as I feel like the song is a little more matured and developed on this Live living room rendition. Love this song... wish my grandparents were still around to hear it.)

May I share??! I’m excited and thrilled beyond words- my EP came out just last week, but, behind the scenes my team has been pushing it to College / Independent radio stations for a couple weeks now. Basically, the process is, we ask radio station folks if they would review and consider adding the EP to their regular rotations.. They can always say No, but… over 50 college / indie radio stations and counting have been playing my tunes! The first week we debut’d on the charts in the 500s, then week 2 it was in the 400s, last week 300’s, and now here we are, charting on the national college radio charts in the 200s. Slightly above Coldplay 😂🤣 at that. It’s super freakin cool. I couldn’t do this without a team of support and all the contributors, musical and otherwise. THANK YOU friends, family, colleagues and all those who have listened to the EP since Friday. This is incredible 😊
