Today, April 9, 2020, our town Rosario has managed to have NO Covid19 within our territorial jurisdiction.

We were able to achieve this because of the overwhelming support of the townspeople of Rosario by religiously obeying the rules laid down for their protection and safety.

If we allow compassion in allowing people to enter into and exit from our communities, we can never achieve our goal to completely eradicate Covid19 in our midst.

We will never know who among us is positive of this deadly virus. If we allow people to come and go, even for the frontliners, manufacturing and logistic workers unchecked, we can never win this war. The privilege given to frontliners, manufacturing, logistic workers and those exempt under the rules is prone to abuse. Many are abusing this privilege in going around places even within the infected communities.

We know fully well that these individuals are not immune to Covid19. Who really knows if they are Covid19 positive? The reality comes only after death, when the always late result comes.

In Rosario, with God’s Blessing, this will not happen. I will do anything within my power and authority to keep our town and the people safe and healthy.

Kailian, let us continue with vigor and dedication the overwhelming support you have given to our fight against Covid19.
