Delivered a batch of elderberry syrup and spicy salt pickles over the last couple of weeks... working on a batch of Pineapple Habanero Jam AND fermented pickles, ready this weekend, if anyone is interested!

We also have a big batch of Fire Tonic brewing.... great for those sinus issues that plague the Texas Hill Country during this time 😷 it'll be ready in a few weeks.

Elderberry syrup is always available, with just a couple days notice! Processed with all organic ingredients ☆ elderberries, echinacea, red raspberry leaf, rose hips, ginger root, turmeric root, ceylon cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, fresh orange, liquid zinc and local wildflower honey. $20 a pint, $35 a quart.

Well, howdy folks!
It's been an interesting few months and Angie is (currently) pain free!! The RFA (nerve ablation) seems to have worked wonders :) it took a long time to get here, but HERE we are :)
We had an electrical fire towards the end of Jan. and had to relocate, overnight essentially, but we're mostly settled from that as well.
A fresh batch of elderberry syrup, loaded with all kinds of goodies, is on the stove tonight... headed to its forever fridge in the morning 😊
If you're interested in some elderberry syrup or ANY of our products, we will be taking small batch orders for the foreseeable future, as Angie has been able to return to private care work :)

It's getting close to the holidays ~ yikes!! For my previous year pecan customers.. I'm hearing that these pecans, available at the Blanco Library, are quite tasty 😋 If you're up this way, stop by and stock up.
One pound bags are only $13. Sounds like a deal for those pies, breads and puddings!

It is with a little sadness that we make this post ~ until further notice, we will not be set up at any farmers markets, due to Angie's ongoing hip problem.

We still have product available, will continue to make small batches to have on hand and will gladly fill any orders; especially for the holidays. Gift basket options, coming soon!
