Pilates and Such
A blog to share a few of my favorite things...Pilates, hiking, food, and family.
I hope to inspire, encourage, and uplift other women in their pursuit of a healthy (not "skinny") lifestyle.
Hey Phoenix friends!! I’m looking for some feedback from those of you who are interested in doing an in person Pilates class with me…shout out some days/times…I appreciate your input!!!
If you want to change your eating habits, you have to be intentional. Food prep can seem like a lot of work, but it will save you time and frustration when you’re getting “hangry” and need to eat. Brad and I enjoy our time on Sundays prepping for the week together. We pre-cook chicken, cut up lots of fruit and veggies, make flourless apple bread, and homemade hummus…sometimes we make a big pasta salad or a batch of quinoa. The easier you make healthy choices, the more successful you’ll be!😉

Any of my Phoenix friends want to join me this Saturday? I really love this brand and would love to share! This will be super chill; no crazy sales pitches (we’re not selling you a time share 😂). Come, sip some wine, and check out the clothes in person. Like Bailey always says, “A cute workout outfit is a great motivator!”😃

It is soooo good and healthy! My family (especially Brad) loves it. I like to put some organic peanut butter on mine. Brad likes it with some grass fed butter (gotta get that healthy fat 😉). Try it and let me know what you think!

When it comes to fitness, there are generally 2 groups...those who obsess and those who neglect. Like most areas of life, walking in a balance is hard. Admitting where you’re at is a great starting place, so....where are you in this season of your life?
