Kim-CheeseSteak!! This is a favorite way of ours to enjoy our kimchi. Marinade thinly sliced beef with soy, sesame, ginger and Asian pear. Sear on high heat. Make a colorado beer cheese sauce. Top it all off with our traditional kimchi and enjoy! Yumm!
